Finding Dr Selim was one of the best moments in my IVF journey, the level of care and treatment received has been and continues to be outstanding. The 24-hour personal communication is exactly what I needed. Not having to wait anxiously for results or answers made the process so much easier. I believe my round was tailored to my individual needs and Dr Selim nurtured me when I came to him. He was happy to help me and supported my anxiety and own wishes always putting me first and in control of what was happening to me. The clinic was professional, clean and very welcoming. I do have to say another thank you to all the staff who are very nice people and in particular Sandra who stayed by my side and held my hand throughout my procedures. You will all hold a place in my heart. 💖

Before we began the IVF process we were so nervous and didn't know what to expect but Jinemed exceeded our expectations. Last but certainly, not least I would like to thank our amazing doctor Dr Handan who was the perfect blend of intelligent, compassionate and strong. From the minute we stepped foot in her office all our worries were gone she truly is amazing. I requested an entirely female team and the team I got were truly the most wonderful team including the sweetest nurses I've ever met and will never forget. Everyone spoke really good English we felt right at home instantly. I'm happy to say that we are a Jinemed success story and I'll be coming back in the future.
