We couldn’ have ask for a better Doctor! Dr Harry works with heart, and kindness and takes a measured approach to ensure the best chance of success. After one failed attempt with IVF using another Doctor, we decided to do some research on the internet to see if we could find a qualified Doctor and we found Dr Harry through Whatclinic. We have just returned from Fethiye where my husband had a nasty fall and was treated efficiently and quickly by the accident and emergency department. He had a nasty cut to his thumb and fractured cheekbone. He was pretty poorly and so he was admitted for tests including a CT scan. He had many tests and examinations before being released the next day. They nurses and doctors were very caring and professional, and we also had the services of a young English woman called Jess who was invaluable throughout for her translation skills. Thank you Esnaf!
Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

I had my tubal ligation reversal in 18/10/2022. Surgery was done by lovely dr Erhan Cagatay. Everyone at the hospital was great. And all went perfectly fine. I can now say it was successful and im 12 weeks pregnant now. I highly recommend dr Cagatay.
