After not visiting the Dentist for a number of years and suffering from pain in both the upper and lower Left Jaw, I was referred Periodontist as I had Severe Gum Disease I first met Dr Azadeh Kiani and Nurse Rama in Mid-November. They immediately made me feel welcome made me feel very relaxed. After the initial examination, a full appraisal of my situation was explained and a Treatment Plan was prepared. This would mean some extractions, antibiotics and deep level descaling. This started in early December with a follow up about five weeks later. I had a final progress check on 12th March and now have Healthy Gums. I would like to thank everyone who assisted me at Dental Rooms, you made each of my visits as easy and stress-free as possible. I will make regular visits to the Dentist from now on.

I went to this dentist after Smile had advised during a routine check up that I had one, possibly two infections in my upper front teeth that required root canal treatment in excess of 2k. I went to Acorn as I wanted a second opinion, CT scan showed there was no infection at all and no work was required. My X-ray, Scan and consultation was carried out an hour after I rang at a cost of £225 and well worth the money for peace of mind. The equipment is second to none and the professional manner and service was very much appreciated. Thank you !

Very good practice. Friendly staff and provides excellent advice. I had 2 fillings (one had been temporary filled over covid period) made me feel at ease.

After my usual private dental clinic cancelled the planned tooth extraction of my cracked molar on the very Friday morning it was due to take place due to shortage of staff and could only offer me an appointment 4 days later... I was very relieved to get an emergency appointment at Pearl Dental Clinic the following day, a Saturday, as I had finished the full course of 2 antibiotics on the Friday and the swelling and pain from the abscess had diminished though not gone away and felt likely to recur if untreated. Doctor Ismail Sheik addressed my concerns most attentively and professionally, took an X-ray and confirmed that there was some infection still under the root, and to my great relief took decisive action, removed the cracked tooth and prescribed a further course of antibiotics. In addition, the aftercare provided by the clinic has been excellent. Concerns I have had regarding the cavity have been addressed and Doctor Ismail has offered me a review appointment to check all is fine this Saturday, a week after the extraction. I chose this clinic initially as they have a 3-d scanner on site as one dentist I had seen regarding my cracked tooth had said that I might need a 3-d scan to ascertain where the tooth root was in relation to the main nerve running underneath. However this turned out not to be necessary as Doctor Ismail could see from his X-ray that I was at no greater risk of nerve damage due to the extraction than anyone else, so I didn't need to pay for a scan. Doctor Ismail's professional judgement, expertise and pleasant demeanour were very reassuring and the extraction was all over and done with before I knew it! Such a relief 😌.

I was referred for emergency treatment and found the service fantastic. From the receptionist to the nurse to the dentist who extracted my tooth so carefully, and paid special attention to my nervous disposition due to my autism. Thank you!
