Dr Lozano provided the best and most thorough dental exam I’ve ever had. Interesting new X-ray technique that instantly shows the images on a big screen. He discusses his treatment recommendations clearly. He is committed to the best technology. His staff was polite, the small facility was modern. I’m happy I went to him. The rates were fair.
I actually enjoy going to this dentist. Knowing it’s not going to cost me an arm and leg. He is very efficient and tells you exactly what he is going to do. Dr. Victor and his staff were outstanding. The communication prior to the surgery was excellent. They answered all of my many questions and concerns quickly. I needed a root canal. I was quoted $1600. For $1700, I got a veneer, two crowns and the root canal. I had been putting off dental work because of the cost. When Dr Mendivil put numbing on gums, he waited for it to take effect. No pain with numbing needles. That was a first. When doing the work they must use a different technique. I wasn't drowning. Dr Sosa did my root canal. Other work is done by Dr. Mendivil. Usually, when getting a crown, I get a temporary and return later for the permanent. Arizona Dental make them in-house. I waited for about an hour and got the permanent veneer and two crowns. Totally happy with value and quality of the work done. I would recommend parking on the American side and walking. Not far. Took a while to drive back across the border. Dr Mendivil speaks perfect English and there were no chickens running around on the floor.
My Dr. Joshua is very thorough and professional. I’ve had extensive dental work including implants. Today I went for a checkup and wisdom tooth pulled. Met at the border by the Dr’s assistant, Alex, who drove us to the very nice new office. Alex was very pleasant and helpful. When the visit was complete, he drove us back to the boarder.
