We didn’t see Dr. Melisa, but my husband and I saw 2 other dentists in the clinic for checkups and cleaning. A thorough job was done quickly. Our checkups indicated no immediate problems, but we were advised of future issues that might need treatment through the English skills of the friendly receptionist who translated for the doctors. We will be back again next year. Appreciate the round-trip taxi ride from our hotel.

This office was very professional and friendly. I was treated very very well and the doctor did a good job on a difficult tooth. She was very kind and I felt very safe. From the first phone call with Luis to the many calls with Danya, this dental office was the best dental experience I have ever had. The dentist who did the root canal and the dentist who fixed my dentures and did a crown everyone was so friendly. I would recommend this office to anyone seeking to have dental work outside of the US. This office was just a short walk from the Marina.
Dr. Kim takes the time to explain and show what is needed and how he would like to do each procedure. Would I recommend Dr. Kim. Yes, no problem. My mouth feels good. His hours are good and he is a smart person. Interesting to hear a person from Korea go from speaking to his assistants then switching to English speaking to me with a Korean accent. Would I go back? Yes without a question.
I went to this clinic to have my teeth cleaned. Originally I wanted a tooth filled, but it was too far gone to save it. Having this work done was definitely worth the money. I paid about half or a third of the price it would have cost me in Canada. I’m very happy with the service and results. The clinic was fairly good. I’m back in Canada now, but I’ll definitely consider having treatment with Ideal Dental again. It’s difficult to say what the best part of a dentist visit is (I mean, you’re essentially paying someone for pain). However, the staff were great. Everyone was so happy and friendly. The technician who spoke English well, translated for me when I didn’t understand. It’s kind of a community clinic that's a fairly long taxi ride from any of the main centres in Mexico. I thought they were three blocks from the main centre, but they were actually miles away.
