I went to Rumo Dental for all 6 permanent implant dentures upper and lower, their driver picked me up at the airport, took me to my motel, to and from all appointments and back to the airport when finished. Dr Cesar Ruiz did all the extractions and implants and It was done with nearly no pain, Im at home now in Washington state and went to my dentist to see how I'm healing and he told me Im doing great and all 12 implants are looking good. I was very sceptical about going to Mexico to do this work but because of the care Dr Ruiz gave me, I am so happy I did. Can't wait to go back down for the final part in a few months.
I just went last week and it was a very good experience. I had 4 Veneers done and they came out beautiful. I will be returning for the 1 Crown I still need. Everyone in the office speaks English, was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile if you need directions or a place to eat nearby. I had been wanting a tooth implant for a while and was really hesitant to go to Mexico. After much discussion with my husband, I decided to go. Much to my surprise, it was not as difficult as I thought. We were there with Dr Ramos early one morning, had a 3D x-ray done a few blocks away and confirmed that I was a candidate for the implant. It took about 40 minutes for the whole procedure. I have gone for a 2 week follow up for removal of stitches and will return in 4 months for the abutment and after that crown. Very happy so far.
They were able to get me in right away and fixed my cap that needed to be glued back in.
This clinic is excellent. I have experience with visiting dentists in many countries. The office was conveniently located a very short walk from the pedestrian border crossing and a staff member met me to show me the way. From the first phone call to walking out the door after my first visit, I was treated with kindness and respect. All of the staff were pleasant, helpful and bilingual. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Chavez was thoughtful, honest, and clear in his explanations for my treatment plan taking the time to make sure I understood the procedures and the pros and cons. The office and treatment rooms were immaculate utilizing the most modern equipment and the doctor and staff followed strict hygiene protocols. I had minor procedures, a cleaning, filling and diagnostic x-rays, and will follow up with more extensive procedures. TIP: If you are walking across the border and have global entry/ SENTRI, don’t forget your card. Walking back is a little tricky. I finally asked someone who looked like they knew. Stay to the left of the main line and continue to walk to the border gates. The locals expect this and most importantly there are NO signs to guide you. Border crossings are all a little different and that’s how it’s done at Nogales.
I loved the Affective empathy, the staff, geez, I loved it all. I don't think I can ever be seen anywhere else. I am very appreciative that they fit me into a very tight schedule. We were in Merida for 2 weeks and scheduled a back molar implant and crown capping. The whole process was seamless and pretty much painless. I was given a clear understanding before we started the procedure. The staff were the best. We didn’t miss a beat site seeing. Would certainly recommend this clinic to anyone going to Merida
I went to Dentoamerica in February 2023, I got composite veneers by Dr. Aline. I had the best experience here, all of the staff was extremely nice, professional, and helpful almost all of them were bilingual (English/Spanish)! They are also more careful and made me feel comfortable during my whole visit, unlike most dentists in the USA. Very good pricing and you can receive an additional discount if you use cash pesos. Definitely will be coming back and I recommend this dentist to anyone looking to get any type of dental work done!
Dr. Delgado was very knowledgeable and so kind. I went to him since I thought I needed an Implant. He send me to get a 3D Xray and it revealed that I do not have enough bone structure even after I had a bone graft done for an implant. He offered to make a bridge for me instead. I agreed but after researching it I declined since I can get a bridge paid for by my insurance in Germany. He was okay with that. He did a very good teeth cleaning and I paid just for the evaluation and the cleaning. He is a great professional Dentist and the office help is wonderful too. I highly recommend him.
