The clinic was very clean! Not much pain. I was impressed the doctor himself drove us to the border in his car. The staff was very polite. Super fast. They paid for a nice room. My only complaint was tvs in hotel had no channels. When u have medical work done you do not feel like going out so be nice to relax in the room and watch something. I will be back the end of January!
Friday I went to the office with no appointment 1st thing in the am, put myself right into the chair discussed a plan and price, pulled 1 tooth, deep cleaned teeth and took impressions for top and bottom cast partials dentures. Returned Wednesday and checked fit bottom fit was perfect top needed some help took another impression and was told to come back in 2 hrs. Checked fit - still was not perfect. Person from the lab come to the office had a look took a picture was told to come back at 2 30 teeth fit perfectly. Took 2 days for my mouth to get used to as have not worn dentures for 20 years. Best fit and service ever. WOULD RECOMMEND.

My experience with Prostho Studio was a wonderful experience. I have a fear of dentists and the doctor and his assistant made me very comfortable. I had no pain as I got my numbing injections. Fantastic!!!!!!! If America knew about Manny and knew about the care, you would not be able to get an appointment. A friend of mine went to his clinic and told me about her wonderful experience. I thank God she did. The cost is fantastic! but it only starts there. When you contact Manny, he will check Southwest fights and circle the ones that work best, he emails you, his recommendation. He will guide you on what hotel to stay in and when you fly in Manny will pick you up at the airport, take you to the clinic over the border, he will carry you to the hotel and if you need to return to the clinic, he will pick you up again until your treatment is complete. Manny delivers you to the airport when you are ready. I have gone several times over the years and Manny and his team have been fantastic. A couple of weeks ago my front tooth broke that held a bridge that Manny's dentist completed. Manny told me he would warranty their work!!!!!!! I still expected to get a small bill. When I got to Harlingen Texas where Manny picks you up, he rolled out the red carpet and had his usual full-service treatment and at the end, we walked straight out the door. He never even mentioned payment!!!!!!! Wow!!!!!!! I gave his team a nice tip but that was all I spent, and it was not expected. I did pay for travel but in America, it would have cost me all my savings. God Bless Manny and his team!!!!!!! This year will be by far easier for me and my family because of them.
They were all great and I really like because they spoke English and they explained everything and answered all my questions. They told me upfront how much it was costing and they broke each thing done.
I loved the Affective empathy, the staff, geez, I loved it all. I don't think I can ever be seen anywhere else. I am very appreciative that they fit me into a very tight schedule. My husband and I just returned from Vallarta and were very pleased with the services we received from Dentoamerica. From the email correspondences before our appointments, to the friendly and knowledgeable receptionists upon arrival, we felt comfortable making these appointments. Both For ‘root canals’ and then changed by two dentist's options on what my husband required. My ‘double canal - root canal’ by Dr Sarah was painless, followed by an easy filling and review with Dr Kevin. They both recognized the good work I had done in my mouth in Canada over the past ‘45 years’ and now of all dental plans, I am pleased to say I have found my new dentists, with more modern technology. I had a filling and sealants done by Dr. Aguero Gallo and he was amazing! He is extravagantly professional and skilled! I had a history of not being able to get numb and he fully numbed my mouth on the first attempt. Everyone at the clinic is very friendly and kind! Very grateful for him and his team! Dr. Kim takes the time to explain and show what is needed and how he would like to do each procedure. Would I recommend Dr. Kim. Yes, no problem. My mouth feels good. His hours are good and he is a smart person. Interesting to hear a person from Korea go from speaking to his assistants then switching to English speaking to me with a Korean accent. Would I go back? Yes without a question.
