I came through the front door discouraged. I had flown from Canada to have dental work at another Dental agency. But on my first visit there they had raised their price by 5x and required 2 return visits.

I felt like I was being manipulated and cheated. I had heard about Tracey’s from a third party and not knowing what else to do I came to you.

Alex met me at the front desk and I quickly found out that he organizes everything. Dr. Josua immediately took me into his office and did a careful consultation. In the 3 days I had left in Algodones, he did a major amount of work including dental surgery with 2 implants with sinus lifts. He was gentle, and kind, and made me feel like I could trust him. I found out later that he is not only a great dentist but a professor at 3 universities teaching dentistry. He is probably the most qualified dentist in Algodones. And yet very non-assuming.

And when we were ready to leave, we needed a ride to the other side of the border to meet our transportation to Yuma. Marcela Tracey, the owner of Tracey’s Dental offered to drive us not only to the border, but she drove us through customs and to the other side making it so much easier for us with our luggage. She and her daughter are very kind and accommodating.
Several days later I had developed an infection on the side where the implants were. I contacted Marcela and she immediately conferred with Dr Josua and advised me exactly what I needed to do. I followed their advice and everything cleared up. I know that they care about me. Not just my business. And that means everything. This is very rare no matter what country you are in.
If you are looking for a dental office that is fair in its pricing, qualified and has caring staff I would recommend Tracey’s Dental.

My Dr. Joshua is very thorough and professional. I’ve had extensive dental work including implants. Today I went for a checkup and wisdom tooth pulled. Met at the border by the Dr’s assistant, Alex, who drove us to the very nice new office. Alex was very pleasant and helpful. When the visit was complete, he drove us back to the boarder.

My dentist was Genoveva Cazares. She made me a new upper dental plate, put new teeth on my partial, and filled a cavity. She made sure everything was ok before we headed back home to the states. She's professional in her work. I recommended her to a friend who likes her also. The price I paid for all the work I had done was awesome. Only $545.00.

I had a deep cleaning (it had been 4 years since I had been to the dentist) along with an abutment and crown put on an implant that I had put in 4 years before. The dentist was a little worried that the implant might not be secure enough for the crown(they could see on the x-ray that part of it was not in bone) and they took their time to explain to me what would have to be done if the implant was not completely secure.

Thankfully after their thorough examination and testing of the strength of the implant, they were able to put the crown on with no trouble and it was and still is secure. I also received a quote for future work to include 2 more crowns, a filling and a bridge.

The clinic was very nice and clean with a professional staff. I was able to get in when I needed to and the work was done in a timely manner. I have been to another dentist in Mexico (Playa del Carmen) but now living on the west coast it only made sense to look for a dentist closer to my area.

I was completely happy with my treatment and this clinic and would recommend Tracey's Dental to anyone looking for a good dentist/clinic in Algodones.

Each year when visiting in AZ I try to arrange a time to get my annual teeth cleaning done at Tracey's Dental. A few years back I also needed a bridge and they were able to do it during one of my vacation visits even though I was on a limited time schedule.

A great place with very professional team players that offer excellent service. I'm not a fan of the dentist but when going to Tracey's Dental I know I am in great hands and have always been amazed at how gentle and caring the whole staff are. You won't be sorry if you need any dental services.

Had to get a complete lower denture made. I went to the office at 0900 and before 1600 I had a brand new denture that looks and feels awesome! And the best part $200!

Staff very qualified and friendly. The doctor explained everything he was doing throughout the procedure. I am Happy with all aspects of this clinic. Will use their services exclusively, they do great work.

I had eleven crowns, an unexpected root canal and four fillings. Dr. was gentle and thorough and really explained things well. The clinic totally accommodated my tight schedule and wish to get a lot done in a very brief time. I literally spent hours in the chair day after day, which I am comfortable with. I listened to his assessment about what I may need in the future and decided to do quite a bit of preventative work now. He showed me how there were problems my dentist never identified. His command of the English language is excellent and he was personable. very patient and changed my front teeth at considerable expense for no charge from zirconian to porcelain at my request when I wasn't totally happy with the results.... although through no fault of his at all, he had carefully explained the colour may not be achievable totally with that product. I am chewing well now and still adjusting a bit to my two front centrals which I think will need adjusting here in a minor way.

We asked for a recommendation from a cousin of my husband who spends his winters in Yuma in a trailer park. We thought they would know best. At the same time as I was in Yuma, my daughter was getting her teeth done at another more prestigeous and well known clinic. The interior of her clinic was definitely more slick and first world. Traceys is clean and and well run, but it is not fancy, and the feel is completely different than dentist offices in our country. There are a lot less support staff and the dentist is more independent and resourceful in Mexico. I think my results were better, that I got better treatment and that I paid less for the same thing.

Wow, I can’t say enough about Joshua at Tracey’s Dental, he is a gift from God. He is an excellent dentist.
Before Joshua, I ground my teeth down into the nerves. My 5 porcelain crowns had decay under the fillings & fit badly, and my teeth that were filled recently were decayed underneath all this infection was making me sick for years. I had 3 different deep pockets and had just been to the dentist in the U.S. 1 month earlier for the deep cleaning. I had so much pain & horrible work in the U.S.
Joshua painstakingly prepared all my teeth for zirconium crowns, he removed the pockets, decay, he made sure everything was done right. I have never had such compassion, great communication, honesty and just a great guy that really knows his business and cares. What a rarity. His staff is unbelievable too, very caring and helpful. The three beautiful girls, Jean, Marcella, and his beautiful assistant Diana, all went way beyond to help. I have had 28 crowns and extremely happy and now healthy, My smile is gorgeous and no pain. Thank you with ALL my heart. My husband's extremely happy with his 3 zirconium crowns.

I think that Josue Guillen is the best dentist in Algodones! I am really happy with the beautiful dental implants and crowns he finished for me today (5/8/2015). The whole experience has been very very good. I feel truly fortunate to have found a dentist with such excellent skills, who is also gentle, honest, and takes pride in striving for perfection. Tracey's Dental assistants and office staff are such nice people. They made me feel more like a friend than a patient. Jean was always available by phone and so pleasant about answering my questions which was really reassuring when I needed to make contact from my home a long distance away. If anyone is looking for excellent, affordable dental care, this is the dentist I recommend.
