From the very first phone call, I felt comfortable with DentaPoint. My consultant Ozzy kept in contact throughout. The driver picked me up at the airport clinic was 200 meters from the hotel. When I arrived the morning of my treatment (implants ) Ozzy met me and my wife and explained the whole process I met the dentist Mahunt and his assistant Cansel were kind and courteous. Hygiene was impeccable. The actual procedure took an hour for 5 implants I had some stitches. Still healing well. I'm looking forward to healing and getting back to finish my treatment.

Having researched months prior and having had colleagues who went to other hospitals in Turkey for similar procedures my gut feeling was to go with Sam Patient services, purely due to the diligence and effort put into reassuring all my reservations and queries. I have never met such humble, honest and empathetic working professionals given that I come from medical background. The level of honesty and sincerity was out of this world. Care provided from the beginning of enquiry to day of discharge from; Gokmen his colleague my amazing Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and all the nurses including the cleaners, caterers, the VIP drivers with the smooth fast transition of transport to and from destinations which were already present and waiting on our arrival and the admin staff was impeccable and delivered at Gold Standard to say the least. I have already suggested multiple people from UK and I’ve only been back day!!!. That’s how happy I was with the level of service, care and honesty provided to me along my personal journey. May they be blessed to continue the hard work, commitment and care they provide for struggling individuals who commit to entrusting their lives, vulnerabilities, fears and emotions into the hands of such good noble and humble people.

First of all the personnel speaks ENGLISH which is super convenient. The doctor is knowledgeable and explains everything before doing anything. The girls from reception helped with a taxi. The prices are good. Really recommend!!!!!

I travelled from the UK and was very apprehensive about the whole upcoming experience, and I was going into the unknown. When I arrived I was still nervous, but after the first meeting, I was at ease and after the second day of treatment totally at ease. The standard of work is outstanding and the teamwork tirelessly ensures the quality is good. I have just arrived back in the UK and friends can't believe that what I have are temporary teeth. I work in the medical industry so I would not recommend it lightly, but on this occasion, I am recommending Dis212. I chose this clinic because they understood my needs and offered a treatment plan within my budget. Staff are excellent as was the treatment I had; highest praise for them. The office and treatment rooms are immaculately clean and bright, the equipment modern. In all, I am very pleased and recommend West Dent for the care and kindness I received.

The apparatus in the clinic was specialized. It was evident that they wanted nothing to be lacking for the comfort and satisfaction of their patients. Also, the staff and medical team are really good at their job.

Extractions, Dental Implants, Bone Grafts, Gingivitis treatment Dental Crowns This a long overdue deliberate delayed review as I wanted to give an honest opinion on the service as well as the treatment I received. The first visit was in December 2021, 2nd Visit December 2022. Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to the coordinator Omid who I found to be passionate, professional, dedicated, and a wonderful personality to boot, who made both of my trips immensely easier. Secondly, I would like to offer my whole hearted appreciation to Dr. Onur Ademhan and Dr. Fuat Biter. For most people who look online for medical tourism in Turkey in my case dental, there is a myriad of choices and often it can be daunting on which is the correct choice for the individual. The reason I personally settled on Perla (I had contacted 7 in total) was mainly due to the issues I had with my teeth and my oral hygiene over the years. I generally do not believe some of the reviews as I may be incorrect but most are just happy once they have an aesthetically pleasing smile. For myself, it was to fix my root cause of broken teeth, gaps, bone loss, and Gingivitis. So hence the oral surgeon was the most important aspect for me. After some extensive research coming across what clinic as well as other review sites I came across Perla and found the blogs online by Dr. Onur Ademhan. As per the standard approach, contact was done via WhatsApp. Omid was brilliant in the initial conversation and everything after this event. Once the booking of the flight was done. Omid organized the hotel, Transfers etc, and the timings of treatment on the required days. December 2021 Stage 1. Dr Onur Ademhan. Extraction of 9 teeth, 9 implants 4 upper and 5 lower. 4 bone grafts and Gingivitis treatment. This was after 3D X-ray and consultation. I shall be blunt here and I was dreading this part. But to be 100% honest I can say that the fear of the pain was worse than the pain itself. During the process. I did not feel a thing. In fact, after the first day of extensive work after 1-hour process was complete I was walking around Antalya with a mask on. It was uncomfortable for next few days. So I ate soup mainly. I had some swelling on the face. They prescribe mouth wash, antibiotics and pain killers which did the trick. In fact after 2 days I virtually stopped taking the pain killers. Stage 2 and Stage 3. Dr Fuat Biter. Shave down the remaining teeth and after 4 days of healing time. I upgraded to a higher quality temporary dentures. As I knew I would need at least 6 months to allow for the implants to heal due to the bone graft. I paid extra for porcelain dentures. Crowns etc. Which was a wise decision as they last me 12 months without issues. As I had to wait due to family reasons 12 months instead of 6. Also, Dr. Fuat Biter stayed late to make sure my temp teeth were done correctly and this I was so grateful for. Important fact. For the last 10 years I had issues with infections etc after the above treatment I had zero issues with this. I was able to eat normally after 2 weeks. Plus the temporary teeth looked good and were comfortable. December 2022 Stage 1: . Dr Onur Ademhan and another colleague who I forgot the name. X ray was done and great news all 9 implants had fused to the bone without failure. The other oral surgeon then took over and placed the healing caps. Stage 2: On said same day met Dr Fuat Biter. Who shaved the remaining teeth more. Did a 3D scan for new crowns. Placed my old temporary back so could eat. Chose natural smile and BL3 shade. As wanted to look like normal teeth shade not super white and false. Stage 3. Testing/Fitting over 2 days. Which god bless Dr Fuat Biter, he spent considerable time in my sessions with him. Testing checking to send the crowns bridges back to the lab for modifications. He was extremely vigilant considerate professional caring. I really appreciated his approach as not rushed and was very detailed tooth to tooth. Due to the trust I had in him I left some key decisions to him as he is the expert and I glad I did. As the ones I had in my mind, he did it without me telling him. Even though he did ask me what I wanted to change etc. Final Thoughts: Apologies this is a long review. But I wanted to be honest as I can be as a paying customer going to Turkey for Dental work. Hence I waited until fully complete. I have no issues at all. From a personal point of view, I recommend Perla if you decide to use them as I got the service, care, and quality I expected and received.

Amazing From start to finish. As someone who was super nervous, we arrived at a VIP welcome at the airport. We were taken to a lovely hotel, where again we were made to feel very welcome. The next day was my first visit to A Dent clinic. Super clean, very hi-tech and was welcomed like we were family. After 2d, and 3d scans and X-rays. We (myself, 2 dentists, a dental surgeon and honour) what my plan would be. After deciding what I wanted (zero pressure from the staff.. purely support and understanding) I was in the chair. I can honestly say I didn't feel a thing. I had 3 bone grafts, 2 sinus lifts teeth removed (due to bone decapitation) teeth prepared for veneers and 7 implants. Whilst all this sounds brutal, hand on heart I was so well numbed and taken care of it was no worse than having 1 tooth out! I was taken back (VIP transport) to the hotel after my treatment. I expected to feel bad but it never happened!! Myself and my brother (who accompanied me) went out to explore Antalya the same night! After a couple of days of rest, I was back in the chair for my permanent veneers to be put in place and OMG! They are beautiful! I opted for a natural look and colour and I wasn't disappointed at all! Stunning stunning stunning!!! Couldn't be happier. I'm back in 12 weeks after my implants have healed to have my top jaw teeth placed and I can't wait! Honor is an absolute legend in every single way as are ALL the staff at this clinic. If I could give 10 stars I would! You won't regret choosing this place! I'll see you all in 12 weeks!

This review is long overdue. What can I say except Dr Osman and his team are truly amazing. I flew to Antalya in August 2019 to begin my treatment. I was met at the airport by a lovely driver and taken to my hotel. On the Monday, I was collected from the hotel by the driver and taken to the clinic. I was really impressed on my arrival as every inch of the clinic was spotless. My treatment has been first-class since day one as I have been a patient at the clinic for 4 Years! I even visited the clinic to have my permanent teeth fitted once the Covid 19 restrictions were lifted as I’d been wearing my temporary teeth for nearly 18 months. What can I say Dr Osman is an amazing restorative dentist and in my opinion the best in his field. I have an imperfect amazing smile thanks to him my smile is so natural. Dr Osman is amazing and constructed for me a natural white set of teeth which I absolutely love. My treatment consisted of 11 implants a sinus lift and bone grafting. I have also had injections in both my cheeks to relax the muscles in my jaws as on further examination at the clinic it was found that I grind my teeth. The whole experience for me at the Umut Dental clinic has been amazing any concerns or problems I encountered have been resolved swiftly and I can honestly say I would do it all again. The pain I felt during the implantation of my implants was managed well and I would like to once again personally thank everyone at the Umut Clinic for all for their professionalism and expertise. Hopefully, I’ll see you all later in 2024 for a check up. 100% pain-free implant procedure… As in, not even a minute of discomfort or pain during or after! If I had to sum up my experience at the Nauda clinic in a word it would be “Outstanding…” The welcome from Dr Furkan and the team made me feel at home immediately and the clinic is spotless modern and comfortable. I have to say, I’ve always been extremely nervous when visiting the dentist, mostly based on past experiences in my home city of London, but quite honestly the two do not compare… Hand on heart, I've never had treatment carried out with such care. I still can't understand how they managed to make even the pre-treatment injection seem like nothing at all - amazing! If you're a nervous patient or on the fence about which clinic to visit… let me save you time. Go to the Nauda clinic, and thank me later… The location is very central and easy to get to from the Istanbul Havalimanı airport, either by taxi or, the Number 10 HAVAIST route (only 78 ₺ Cash/Visa or Ticket) directly from the airport to Sirinevler, which is just a few mins walk from the clinic. A good landmark is the Nevada coffee shop at the base of the sleek modern building, and The entrance to the building is to the left of the coffee shop. Take the lift to level ‘ L” which is the main reception and the clinic is to the right and on floor 8. If you are still undecided, check out the “Our Story” page on the Nauda website, and if you like, as I did, pick up the phone (via WhatsApp) and have a chat with Dental specialist and Naturopath Dr Furkan Karamustafa, (who is by the way, also the inventor of a very special range of probiotic dental care products)… a more genuine man you will never meet. Thank you to the team, it was a pleasure meeting you, and I count myself as very fortunate indeed to have arrived at this particular clinic out of the myriad of choices. 10/10.

I wanted to replace my plate (2 teeth at the front) with a bridge, and have veneers on my top teeth and whitening on my bottom (a lot of treatment!). I’ve never been confident about my smile, I don’t actually have awful teeth but I don’t have a gleaming smile…. And since I have a severe needle phobia, and I was concerned about cost, it took me this long to act on it. Also I wanted them to look natural and not “fake”. We had a dialogue back and forward prior to my travelling, planning possible treatment and understanding costs. When I got to the clinic there was a lovely helpful colleague (Sarah) there to translate (but to be honest Dr Kubra speaks English and for me, there were zero language issues), we had a consultation and she confirmed the best treatment, what I wanted to achieve, and costs. So no surprises, clinic is scrupulously clean (I saw the cleaner there every time I visited!), the equipment is modern, it’s busy with patients both local and foreign. The main topic / concern for me was the needle phobia, we discussed how Dr Kubra would do this and keep me calm, at length. I wore tinted glasses so I couldn’t see if I happened to open my eyes. I can say honestly that I didn’t feel it…. In fact I can say for the entire procedure that I genuinely wasn’t in pain. The noise is probably the weirdest thing about the whole procedure. Next visit we did a dry run of fitting and then the 3rd visit was the fitting and whitening on my bottom teeth. The whole process is very fast and with a day between each step, you can do the treatment inside a week. The clinic picked me up/dropped me each time back to the hotel where I was staying locally. My overall feedback is, if you’re worried, don’t be. This is not fast and dirty. You can consult with the dentist before you travel so you will know exactly what you’re getting into. The costs are significantly less the same treatment in the UK but there is no compromise on the expertise of the dentist or the quality of the treatment. I had this done 7 weeks ago and I am so glad I did, it’s made a massive difference to me confidence wise and my teeth look natural. Dr Kubra gives off a positive vibe, she’s calm and pleasant and professional, and considering how nervous was, I felt I could trust her. I’m happy to recommend Dr Kubra and Dent Medica to others considering treatment when in Bodrum. Do it, reach out to them and start up the dialogue, you won’t regret it!

I went to Kent to have two white fillings done as well as a scale and polish. The facilities available are quite impressive, and I has given a x-ray as part of the free consultation before being given a written, costed treatment plan to accept or decline. I was apprehensive about seeking treatment abroad, but my translator, Atakan, was very informative and helpful in the lead-up to the appointment. Dr Akdereli completed the work. Unfortunately for me, the cleaning revealed further signs of decay on other teeth, which were previously hidden by plaque build-up. I was shown the areas of decay using a camera. He then offered to stick to the original treatment plan, complete all the fillings I needed on one side, or complete all on both sides for which I would need to pay the difference. I opted to have fillings completed on one side of my mouth so I wouldn’t be numb from anaesthetic across my whole face. Dr Akdereli completed the three fillings within half a hour with no pain except for one tooth where I experienced some discomfort due to the depth of the filling, which is to be expected. No visit to the dentist is ever a positive experience for me as I am an incredibly nervous patient, but I had a substantial amount of work done with minimal pain, and made a large saving compared to the UK. They even price-matched my dental clinic at home with the cost of the polish, as this was originally more expensive here. What would improve my experience realistically would be being informed of what stage of the treatment is taking place by the dentist whilst undergoing treatment. After 20 minutes, I was under the impression I was still having the first filling done, which made me panic. Dr Akdereli reassured me through our translator at this point that he was about to complete the last filling, to my pleasant surprise. He even spoke to me briefly in German, which I can speak partially to lighten the mood. I left the appointment feeling quite stunned - something which is normal for me if I have anything beyond a small filling done - Atakan sat with me in the sun until I had composed myself after the appointment. Whilst I didn’t travel to Istanbul specifically to have dental work done, I would consider returning to Kent in the future. My only hope is that the fillings last a substantial period of time, as I am writing this five days after the appointment. I have no pain in any of the teeth, the fillings are the right height, and I only have minor sensitivity to cold which is to be expected for a couple of weeks. All things considered, this was a generally positive experience.

I've had bad teeth since my teens and have seen many dentists, but DCI is the best. The staff are professional and welcoming, and I can't recommend them enough. I had 12 implants put in and can't wait to go back for my final set in 6 months. Amazing experience from start to finish!
