I only needed one tooth doing after snapping it on hard chocolate and most companies in the Northwest wanted on average £4k and didn't really want to do only 1 tooth, so I had to look elsewhere for treatment. I was a little uneasy about going abroad for my dentistry and did quite a lot of research before putting my details out to companies in Turkey. Lots came back to me but the reason why I chose this company is because Pelin the lady who responded was not pushy, transparent, very patient with all my questions and prompt with the answers I needed. She didn't request money up front, gave me a very accurate breakdown of costs once I had sent xrays of what needed doing, then all I needed to do was book flights, I sent confirmation and immediately my accommodation was booked and confirmed. On arrival it was clear where to wait for my pre-paid taxi, ( you have to tell the boys at the sign who you are, they have your booking ), then you are guided to where your taxi is. It's an hour from the airport but doesn't take long. The hotel where they book you is nice, clean, comfy and the staff are very helpful.it is a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the clinic and easy to find. Treatment wise you have no worries, Pelin who was my consultant spoke very good English and was there to translate if needed, the doctors and assistants speak good English too but if they don't understand your questions Pelin was there the whole time to translate. They explain everything to you before going ahead, they were caring, gentle and clean which was a big tick. They gave me all the medication I needed which was antibiotics, pain relief and were on hand when I went back to the hotel if I needed them. I had the implant put in and had to wait 4 months before I could return for the abutment, fitting and finally the new tooth, again the booking process was easy, I stayed 4 days this time and it all went smoothly. I am very impressed with this company and can't recommend them highly enough if you choose to have treatment here, honestly you have no worries about who is looking after you it is a purpose built clinic and very efficiently run, other companies book rooms in hospitals for your treatment but this is state of the art. I would like to thank all at Clinic Prime Istanbul especially Pelin, Alp and Ozlem for making what could have been a real nightmare, into something I am so happy I did.

From the start, my experience in the clinic was very good because everyone was friendly and also professional. They were always available for any questions or concerns. Everything was adjusted and corrected til it was a perfect match.

The feedback written by the patients made me understand that this is a good clinic. I ordered a place and I received close escort from the time the entrance to the exit. The service is great! Professional doctors, facial, courteous, gentle. You must specify the service manager -Gunay, worry about getting my face and will experience me every doctor and handler. Today after treatment - Arrests and implants, I feel great. Very highly recommend the clinic - want to share others.

The reception staff were polite and helpful with translations, although they all spoke good English, including my dentist. I went in for composite bonding, but my teeth were too crowded, so I opted for crowns. They did all the major work and fitted temporary teeth on Thursday, which took about 4 hours with a 45-minute break in the middle. I then returned on Saturday to have the crowns fitted, which took around 3 hours. It's been two days, and I have a slight ache on my front three upper teeth and the bottom four front teeth, but that's to be expected so soon after the procedure. The worst part was the anaesthetic—it took about 5 hours to wear off after the treatment. I also have some swelling and bruising around my lower jaw. I don’t particularly enjoy dental work, but all the staff at Focus, especially the female dentist I had, made me feel as comfortable as possible. I will definitely go back and have recommended them to my father and two friends, who will be booking soon. All in all, it was a good experience!

One of the best experiences I had was in solving my teeth problems. Very attentive and knows what they do. I will highly recommend, and communication is the key (very fast response with solutions)

Everything was perfect from the time of arrival till my return. The procedure was painless all carried out with great skill and care, can't wait to return soon to get my permanent teeth fitted, would highly recommend their service.

Received a call today from the clinic to leave a review on my recent visit... Well, where do I start? From start to finish my whole experience has been astonishing! I messaged Perla Dental on Instagram firstly after checking out a lot of clinics in Turkey. I was a little sceptical about going for dental treatment abroad, but they definitely put my mind at ease straight away. I visited the clinic a few months after booking my treatment. I was picked up from the airport and taken to my hotel, which the clinic provided, and I must say it was lovely! On the day I was in the clinic, I was picked up again and chauffeured back and forth, which was really comforting and reassuring. I had a full set of veneers, and oh my god, what a smile I have now! I was so unhappy with my teeth before, so this was life-changing for me. The prices in England are so unrealistic, and I never thought I’d be in a position to do this! I had badly needed an implant for several years and then, every time I flossed my teeth, pieces of my molars started to break off. The final straw was when one of the four crowns in the front of my mouth finally broke. It had lasted 40 years so had done a good job but this made me decide that I really needed to sort out my teeth. Unable to afford the treatment needed in the UK, a colleague of my partner's highly recommended SDC so, with some trepidation, I chose to have my treatment in Turkey. I need not have worried! From my first contact with Merve, I was extremely impressed by her professional, speedy responses to my questions and excellent English. Nothing was too much trouble for them and all of my questions were carefully answered and each detail of my treatment plan explained. Clients are met at the airport and collected for appointments from their hotels for each treatment needed by their friendly driver. The clinic is immaculate with all of the very latest technology. All of the staff are expert at putting you at ease when you are feeling nervous. Nazife, my dentist, always explained clearly what she was going to work on during each appointment and gave me an idea of how long this would take. Pain-killing injections were very effective and I was able to listen to a couple of audiobooks on my headphones to while away the time! Nazife's attention to detail was fantastic and she works incredibly patiently and carefully. I am overjoyed with the end results and very grateful for everyone's hard work and considerate care.

The very best clinic in Istanbul as far as I am concerned. And I did a lot of research on the subject. Other clinics gave incomplete information and tried to let me pay double or more. In this club, you are in safe hands. Tried to avoid the dental tourist traps. I went for 2 implants. Proper information, good quality of used materials. And very kind people are working here.

I am extremely satisfied with the YEG Clinic team, especially Dr Soner and Ilayda, and the entire medical staff. With their professionalism, they organised everything perfectly for me. Where do I even start! From the moment I landed in Antalya I felt looked after. The driver was waiting for me, Onur messaged straight away to make sure I found him, and everything went smooth. The hotel was clean and nice, and the clinic… wow, honestly better than some hospitals I’ve seen in the UK. The team is just unreal so kind and caring. I had really bad teeth and was embarrassed to smile for years. I’ve been to many dentists in England and they always said too complicated or crazy expensive. Here they gave me options, explained everything and made me feel comfortable. Dr Hakan and Dr Baris are honestly magicians. I had all crowns done, and it looks so natural that everyone thinks it’s my real teeth 😅 The whole process was pain-free (except maybe one day with bit pressure after prep, but they give you meds and check all the time). The crowns they put are guaranteed for life if properly taken care of. I stayed in Istanbul for 8 days. Every day, Mr. Nour would call me and text me to provide me with an appointment for the next day. On the day of travel, a driver was waiting for me outside the hotel to pick me up to the airport. Even after treatment is complete, Mr. NOUR is still responding quickly to all my calls and text messages. He would send my concerns to my dentist and answer them.
