Although we did not proceed with the treatment, the preliminary assessment and recommended course of action were done in a very professional manner. We are looking forward to dealing with this clinic when we are ready to complete the treatment schedule.

First time going abroad for dental work and couldn't be happier with the results. The staff are excellent and the work was completed in just a couple of days. Didn't even feel anything, and I had heard a root canal can be very painful! Recommend it, and will be coming back for any future major dental work.

Great experience. Lovely, clean, new clinic. Dentist was lovely and as gentle as she could be. The consultation was free and prices of options were given to me and no pressure to decide. Treatment was efficient. I was collected and taken back to my hotel both occasions. So much more cost-effective than the UK. The Manager spoke fluent English and explained everything to me. The dental x-ray machine did full jaw not just the small area you get in Uk. Would definitely recommend

The clinic was extremely helpful, contacting me at the weekend and making an appointment quickly to deal with an emergency. The result was excellent. A restructured front tooth to repair a fractured incisor.

I had two crowns to replace plus root canal work. I went here on a recommendation and I was not disappointed. Costs and timescales were much better than I was informed by UK dentists. Even allowing for the travel costs was still a saving. Over the service was very professional and my impression was the clinic was more advanced technologically.

I had severe pain in my tooth the day I arrived in Rome from Barcelona. I tried to work through it but wasn’t able to sleep. At 6:00am I looked for a dentist nearby and saw that Dr. Maltese had good reviews and happened to be 600m away. He emailed me back at around 7am for an appointment at 12:30. He did several tests, and imaging, and confirmed that I needed a root canal (which I expected). He then conducted a 3D map of the tooth to confirm the treatment procedure. The entire process was very pleasant and he was incredibly thorough, helpful, and skilled. Within an hour of my root canal I had no pain and could eat easily. It’s been almost a week and still no pain. I can’t recommend Dr. Maltese enough.

Very professional. This office is awesome. My partner has toothache (unexplainable) during our cruise to Malaga, Spain. We found this dental office, easy appointment online. Virginia (English speaking) was so patient, took extra care of my partner who suffers from Dementia. Took panoramic scan of her teeth. Turns out there was nothing wrong w her, Virginia explains in great detail what we should look out for & to see our dentist once we get back stateside. She prescribed a special toothpaste to use. All of these at NO cost to us. We are grateful to Virginia & the entire dental staff at Crooke & Laguna Dental clinic in Malaga, Spain. Thank you!!!

I came from Vancouver to have a root canal. I was going to be in Portugal on holidays and found out just before leaving I needed the work done. Dr Isabel Simão was very gentle and kind with small hands which I appreciated. The receptionist spoke English very well but the dentist didn't. I was treated very well from beginning to end however I ran out of time for all the treatments required so I still needed to get more done at home. The price is very affordable compared to Vancouver, Canada. If I had longer in Lisbon it would have been perfect. Lisbon is a very beautiful city to be in.

I recently had dental implant surgery at Smart Dental Clinic performed by Dr Felix Wucherpfennig. Everything was explained in detail, any concerns were addressed immediately and the Doctor's approach was professional but also friendly and reassuring. I am very happy with the result and look forward to returning to complete the process. The staff were kind and patient, and Carmen was always in touch and spent a lot of time answering my questions. I feel privileged to have found such a dedicated team and highly skilled surgeons and would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice
