Having researched months prior and having had colleagues who went to other hospitals in Turkey for similar procedures my gut feeling was to go with Sam Patient services, purely due to the diligence and effort put into reassuring all my reservations and queries. I have never met such humble, honest and empathetic working professionals given that I come from medical background. The level of honesty and sincerity was out of this world. Care provided from the beginning of enquiry to day of discharge from; Gokmen his colleague my amazing Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and all the nurses including the cleaners, caterers, the VIP drivers with the smooth fast transition of transport to and from destinations which were already present and waiting on our arrival and the admin staff was impeccable and delivered at Gold Standard to say the least. I have already suggested multiple people from UK and I’ve only been back day!!!. That’s how happy I was with the level of service, care and honesty provided to me along my personal journey. May they be blessed to continue the hard work, commitment and care they provide for struggling individuals who commit to entrusting their lives, vulnerabilities, fears and emotions into the hands of such good noble and humble people.

I came to Dr. Cinik all the way from Washington DC, USA. I came to get my hair transplant, teeth whitening, and jawline filler. Service was outstanding and staff members are absolutely friendly. P.S I had 11 implants, 12 extractions, bone grafting and sinus lifting and then 24 zirconium crowns ( individual and implant supported bridges) Most of the work work was done in the first week there in May and I have just returned last week from having my second visit where my permanent crowns/bridges were fitted. Excellent value and the hotels they put me in ( the qinn and Ramada Plaza) were a treat too.

5 STARS ALL THE WAY!! My treatment journey started 3 months ago. After doing lots of research we settled on A-Dent and we are so happy we did. From start to finish they were patient, professional and perfectly perfect!!! Honour (I'm sure that's not how you spell it) has been an absolute legend. He's never failed us. This place is transparent the entire way. They do not give promises they can't keep and believe me when I tell you..... they promised perfect and that's EXACTLY what I got! There are no words I can say to thank the entire team at A-Dent, except THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. I have hated and hidden my smile for years... not any more! The only regret I have is not doing it sooner! 10 star recommendation for these guys all the way from pick up at the airport, to my final visit. AMAZING!! I had veneers AND implants. The end result is just beautiful. I was so insistent that I went for a more natural look and shape, and they pulled it out of the bag. If you have any doubts about working with A-DENT then I give you my word.. they will not fail you in anyway. I've already bought another friend over who has also had treatment, (implants and veneers) and is very happy with the results too. My husband came and had teeth whitening and the result was great! Absolutely love my new smile. When I started my enquiries back in the UK this clinic stood out from the rest, they weren’t pushy for a commitment, they were as thorough as possible with the quote from pictures, always available with my queries and most of all calmed my anxieties. From the minute I landed in Turkey the service I received was excellent, all transfers, beautiful hotel, regular contact, amazingly hygienic clinic with friendly staff with amazing skills who gave me my confidence back to smile. If you’re thinking of going to Turkey for dental work I fully recommend it here, very reasonably priced for the quality, and there are cheaper clinics however I don’t believe the service and quality could match Umut. I’ve now had my beautiful smile since August and the only regret I have is that I didn’t have the work done years ago

I am so pleased with my treatment by Dr Yildrim. I had 4 replacement white fillings, 6 composite bonds to my top teeth and whitening. The results are amazing. First let me explain why Dr Yildrim is the best dentist you can pick in Turkey. He is extremely qualified, skilled, professional, ethical and a true artist. I researched for months before I decided to go to this Dr and I totally made the right choice. Staying at the hotel I met numerous other dental patients having treatment in various clinics. They were with "the big companies" and I can truly say their experience did not match mine. I had a schedule of when I would be treated before I left the UK. Fellow travelers, not at my clinic, would merely get a text on the day saying to be ready in hour or so. They would get cancelled for the day or treatment deferred to hours before they left to go back home or arrive at the clinic and be waiting for hours to be seen. Our experience was totally different, we were seen at the time stated on our plan - this enabled us to plan our days, around our schedule and enjoy some much needed rest in beautiful Turkey. I received a very personal and focused treatment plan and care. I would be the only patient in the clinic and had the full focus of the Dr and nurses. All of them were fantastic. Aleyna and Mehircan would hold your hand reassure you as they assisted the Dr work to the highest standard. I had no pain as I was given plenty of anesthetic for each treatment. Everyone commented on how amazing my teeth looked at the hotel. All asking for my Dr's name and details - despite having just received their own treatment elsewhere. Everyone loved the fact I had such a personal experience as they had felt, on occasions, they were on a conveyor belt of dental patients. Lastly I have to mention the amazing Tulay who organised the whole thing for me. The costing, hotel, transfer and schedule. She was there every time I was there to translate and reassure. Before I left the Uk I was nervous, fearful of the dentist and most of all conscious of my teeth. Leaving Turkey i felt far more confident, happy and that Dr Yildirim, Tualy, Aleyna and Mehircan- were my friends.
