Porcelain Crown Turkey

After a great deal of research, I chose the Novusklinik for a full dental restoration, 8 Implant, 7 extractions, a full set of, top-of-the-line dentures for the top arch and crowns on all the lowers. All 28 teeth. I am 50% through the process but am extremely satisfied with their work, professionalism, dedication and follow-up with their patients. The 7 extractions were easy and the generous amount of freezing ensured the process was completely pain-free. They sent me home with a temporary set of acrylic dentures for the top arch so that the implants have time to heal. They are fairly thick so it has taken some time to get used to the and I still have a slight lisp which is a little annoying and gets worse when I have a lot of saliva. Aftercare and follow up communication have been great. The place is spotless, the staff amazing and don’t worry if you don’t speak Turkish they have an interpreter with you every step. Pick up at the airport, driver for all your appointment.and they will drop you off at the airport when your heading home. Can’t wait to get back in Sept and complete all the work. If I had any complaint at all it would have been with the hotel that was reserved for my stay. I think it was called Ruby suites, The fridge never worked and staff never made much of an effort to get it fixed. I complained several times and even spoke to staff at the clinic but this was never resolved. Other than that it was a very positive experience. I would like to thank Maria who was alway very attentive to my treatment and needs and all the staff.

All of the staff at Dentapoint went above and beyond the call of duty and my own expectations from start to finish. Figuratively speaking my hand was held throughout the experience, leaving no room for anxiety to set in, and any and all questions I had were answered with a reassuring smile. Rose, my coordinator, was exceptional in her role, helped me with anything I needed, including but not limited to helping me with public transport to see some of historical sites of Izmir and beyond. My dentist Mahmut Boran was also brilliant and the work he done on my teeth was leagues better than any other dental experience I have ever had. My confidence in his ability was sky-high from the get go and he never caused me any doubt on the matter. I am due to return to finish off the work and I very much look forward to it. If you've come here seeking reassurance that this is the right dental practice, take it from me you have nothing to worry about. I can't recommend them enough.

Having researched months prior and having had colleagues who went to other hospitals in Turkey for similar procedures my gut feeling was to go with Sam Patient services, purely due to the diligence and effort put into reassuring all my reservations and queries. I have never met such humble, honest and empathetic working professionals given that I come from medical background. The level of honesty and sincerity was out of this world. Care provided from the beginning of enquiry to day of discharge from; Gokmen his colleague my amazing Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and all the nurses including the cleaners, caterers, the VIP drivers with the smooth fast transition of transport to and from destinations which were already present and waiting on our arrival and the admin staff was impeccable and delivered at Gold Standard to say the least. I have already suggested multiple people from UK and I’ve only been back day!!!. That’s how happy I was with the level of service, care and honesty provided to me along my personal journey. I found Dr Baysal after a few months of searching on internet. I chose him because he had a Ph.D. And I was right. He is knowledgeable and skillful, and most importantly he is passionate in the field of dentistry. I had implant for my entire upper and lower jaws for a good value. And I have been using my new teeth, without a problem, for the last 8 months. Thank you Dr. Baysal!

Came for a hair transplant. All the services were very professional (transfers, translator, medical team). I can also meet Doctor Cinik and talk with him about the operation. The medical team was very professional during the operation, they responded to all my questions at any time. The operation was painless. Now I'm at home and when I've got questions I can ask the postoperative team. They answer very quickly and are very available. Cinik Clinik is a super clinic, I will recommend it.

A great clinic with lovely people who put you right at ease. Clean, friendly and professional. They went through the procedures with me and even after X-rays meant I had to change what I was going to have done. They were helpful and thoughtful and asked me what I wanted to do. I had extractions, which I found painful in the U.K. but a tooth, a broken tooth and a wisdom tooth were all fairly pain-free and other work completely painless. No rush, no pain, a professional job and equally important a friendly and warm manner that left me less worried than with other dentists. (They also helped me look up tram times for my plane home!) Fantastic communication in English, lovely clean practice, my son was 13 and had a root canal, x-rays before and after, a message later that afternoon to check all was ok. I can definitely see why people come to Turkey to have their teeth done!!!
