Emergency Dentist Consultation Turkey

After a great deal of research, I chose the Novusklinik for a full dental restoration, 8 Implant, 7 extractions, a full set of, top-of-the-line dentures for the top arch and crowns on all the lowers. All 28 teeth. I am 50% through the process but am extremely satisfied with their work, professionalism, dedication and follow-up with their patients. The 7 extractions were easy and the generous amount of freezing ensured the process was completely pain-free. They sent me home with a temporary set of acrylic dentures for the top arch so that the implants have time to heal. They are fairly thick so it has taken some time to get used to the and I still have a slight lisp which is a little annoying and gets worse when I have a lot of saliva. Aftercare and follow up communication have been great. The place is spotless, the staff amazing and don’t worry if you don’t speak Turkish they have an interpreter with you every step. Pick up at the airport, driver for all your appointment.and they will drop you off at the airport when your heading home. Can’t wait to get back in Sept and complete all the work. If I had any complaint at all it would have been with the hotel that was reserved for my stay. I think it was called Ruby suites, The fridge never worked and staff never made much of an effort to get it fixed. I complained several times and even spoke to staff at the clinic but this was never resolved. Other than that it was a very positive experience. I would like to thank Maria who was alway very attentive to my treatment and needs and all the staff.

I highly recommend having dental work at Istanbul Dis Akademisi. The entire process though at first was daunting; picking the right clinic was stressful. However, I am happy with my choice. The cost was great; I could have chosen a cheaper route but the employees at this facility are all well qualified. You pay for what you get. I had 20 crowns done but had no pain whatsoever. Moreover, the professionalism was on point and the work was fantastic. They use state-of-the-art equipment helping in the process (not cheap). The clinic was aseptic at all times and had a great family feel (potlucks at work). The employees were very welcoming and were always helpful. I can't stress enough the professionalism and kindness of the staff. The VIP treatment was great. I never felt alone or confused during the process. Onur/Umut, always aranged for me to be picked up or transported to and from appointments (airport). Before coming to Istanbul, they explained everything in full detail (100% accuracy). I had a life-changing experience with so many memories. I was nervous traveling abroad alone but they all made me feel like I was never alone. Even taking the time to spend time with me or taking me places instead of being at a hotel alone. If you already have not spoken to Onur. I highly recommend getting a quote. They use the best materials and the prices are hard to beat. They also speak English well! The facility treats all their employees with great respect so it's good to see. I can finally smile. I don't normally leave reviews but I'm leaving this one as I found Dr Cem after reading these reviews. The review in question said "Stop looking any further, you've found your man" and I would like to second this opinion. Here is my story. I needed a tooth removal and an implant placed to support a crown consisting of 2 teeth. I went to my UK implant dentist (who had placed 2 previous implants) and the quote was £4300, using porcelain crowns. I would have to wait 3 months for the 1st appointment and the whole procedure would take approx 10 months (3 months waiting for 1st appointment of tooth removal, 3 months to let the jaw bone heal and then place the implant, 4 months to let the implant bond to the jaw bone) so I decided to look abroad for a cheaper, faster service and I found Dr Cem. I sent him a WhatsApp message with photos explaining what needed doing and received great communication, answering all my questions. I explained to him that I didn't want bright white 'Turkey teeth' but natural-looking crowns and he reassured me. I asked how quickly he could fit me in and he could see me the following week. There would be no charge for the tooth removal (£350 in my UK quote) and he would be able to place the implant immediately after removing the tooth. I initially asked for a price for a Straumann implant (Rolls Royce of implants, so I thought) but after doing some homework, I settled for a Megagen implant (Skoda of implants, very good and successful but cheaper, 700 euros including bone graft ) and approximately 2 weeks after first contacting Dr Cem found myself in Istanbul with my daughter to have the implant fitted. Like many other reviews here I had very little pain, probably 0.5 on a scale of 0-10, and went for a meal with my daughter that evening. I came home, kept my mouth scrupulously clean and it healed very quickly, although I should add that the dissolvable stitches didn't fully dissolve so I had to ask my UK dentist to remove them. This was a little bit embarrassing but she did do it and didn't charge for it, probably because it took her less than 5 minutes! Dentists are advertising online who provide this service if your dentist refuses to do it for you. Last week, 3.5 months after having the implant placed, I returned to Istanbul with my wife for a week's dental holiday. On Monday we visited Dr Cem for the impressions and he suggested that rather than just having the 2 crowns, why didn't I also replace the other 4 front crowns because what was the point in having 2 amazing teeth alongside 4, 20-year-old goofy, poorly fitted porcelain crowns and I decided that he was right and at £340 each for zirconium crowns, which are between £600-£800 each in the UK, why not? On Wednesday we had a quick check of the 6 crowns to check they fitted OK etc and finally on Friday he fitted my new teeth and I am delighted with them. They look very natural, fit up to the gums, aren't goofy, like my old ones, aren't metallic like my old porcelain crowns and being zirconium, are practically indestructible. If you do have the option, I would recommend getting the work done over winter as flights and hotels are much cheaper and Istanbul is quieter (albeit, still heaving in the tourist areas!!). In summary, Dr Cem is a fantastic, highly qualified, highly experienced implantologist and you don't need to look any further.

First time going abroad for dental work and couldn't be happier with the results. The staff are excellent and the work was completed in just a couple of days. Didn't even feel anything, and I had heard a root canal can be very painful! Recommend it, and will be coming back for any future major dental work.

Just finished my treatment. I’m a very hard person to please I doubted it was possible but now I am over the moon with the treatment I received from the team. Very professional, helpful in so many ways, courteous, and kind. Duygo and her team went to great efforts seeking not only me to be happy but they take pride in their work and seek perfection. This is life changing for me and I will be always grateful. 5 stars.

I have received dental treatment in many places, but I have never experienced such warmth and sincerity. Firstly, I would like to thank Dr. Nurcan for her attention. I didn't feel the injection she administered to numb the tooth before starting the root canal; her hands are very gentle. I recommend her to everyone. She worked diligently with her assistant, motivating me through conversation. Their dedication is priceless, and I want to express my thanks once again.
