I recently had the pleasure of working with Joseph as my patient representative at the hospital, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Joseph was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my stay. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I was aware of all my options. Joseph made me feel like I was in good hands, and I really appreciated his kindness and compassion. I found doctor Hatice Arior Habibi on line as I live in the UK. From very start she was kept very good communication over WhatsApp. Updated me from start to the end of the procedure. When I arrived first time in Turkey I felt very welcomed in the clinic and Doctor Hatici was looking after me best possible way. We conducted 3 procedures on my legs (with couple day gabs) and it’s all went smoothly. All the other ladies in the clinic are very helpful and nice as well. I came back now (6 months later) as result wasn’t 100% as expected, but without the hesitation Dr Hatice offered me a free sessions! In the end we done 2 , but even for my second session doctor made with discount. It’s not all about money, but it’s just shows how much that team and Dr Hatice genuinely care about their patience health, happiness and satisfaction ♥️ I’m coming back in spring 2024 (not for another session) but just to visit doctor and show the final results of my legs. I highly recommend this clinic, and definitely will be going back there in the future if needed 🙌 And for me it’s very important that I wasn’t treated just like client, but also made my new friend - Dr Hatice, thank you very much for everything you done 🫶

Hii! I'm Inara from karachi pakistan and I visited florence Nightingale Hospital, last year in Oct 2022, for my father's kidney transplant. My mom was the donor and my father was the recipient. I really want to thank the doctors, nurses and the entire hospital staff for making our trip worthwhile! The doctors were GREAT, highly skilled professionals! It was so easy to talk to them and we could ask them any questions without hesitation! The entire staff was swift and efficient. The surgey took longer than expected but they kept us informed. The doctor personally came out during the surgery to let us know what was going on! The post-operation care was on point as well. From medications to monitoring everything was done professionally. We were under great care! Lastly I would also like to thank Alisher, our international coordinator who was there with us from the start. He arranged everything for us and was always ready to help. His services made the entire trip much more comfortable and easier, making the entire process seem like a walk in the park. All in all the experience was 10/10. We are very satisfied and we totally recommend florence nightingale hospital! Thank you!
