EXPERIENCE

In 1981-82, he did his military service in Erzincan Military Hospital. In 1985, he became a University Associate Professor in the field of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. Between 1988 and 1992, he taught on Sports and Medicine as a lecturer at Marmara University, Department of Physical Education and Sports. He also served as thesis advisor and jury member for graduate students. In 1996, he started to work as a professor at the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Faculty of Medicine, “Yüzüncü Yıl University”. There, he served as a member of the faculty board, head of the department of Rheumatology and head of the department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. These duties at the Faculty of Medicine ended due to his retirement in 2002.

Between 1986 and 1988, he worked in the ” Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Association ” II. He was president. In addition to various scientific association activities, he was the editor of the Journal of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation for 2 years.Between 1987-1990, he was in the management of the Acupuncture Association and undertook the duty of editor of the Acupuncture journal. He is also a member of the editorial board of many scientific journals.Between 1996 and 2002, he was the editor of the Eastern Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
