Teeth Cleaning Turkey

I'm from Australia and was going to Europe so I thought I'd look at places to get dental crowns done. The Whatclinic site threw up some highly rated clinics out of the thousands that are in Turkey. I sent the identical enquiry to 5 clinics. Most responded almost immediately. Some were low priced some were high. One clinic took a look at my teeth and included in the price 10 root canals! This suggested they thought the job was so difficult, that most of the teeth would need to be killed to be able to work on them. İstanbul Diş Akademisi came in at the middle to low priced end, very competitive. The attention to detail and ability to communicate however was very high-end. The person attending to me was Onur, who's English was excellent and his understanding of dental concepts was extensive because his answers were immediate and detailed. We agreed terms. I was taken to the clinic straight from the airport and after x-rays was given a thorough examination. Onur went through the options and explained that my case was a little complicated, which I knew already from decades of mouth/jaw/teeth problems. He explained that my upper jaw had not developed in line with the lower jaw, so a "V" shaped upper jaw sat on a normal "U" shaped lower jaw. This caused unsightly underbites on the SIDES of tooth line along with no overbite at the front. It was an ugly mess in there and I said I wanted to have a normal U on U tooth line with a normal overbite at the front. Onur assured me they would do their best. I though, thought the chances of being able to correct this without jaw surgery or long-term pallet expanders was slim. Well, Onur and his expert team achieved in just four days what could only be described as a miracle. I got exactly what I thought was impossible and without the need for any root canals. İstanbul Diş Akademisi achieved through expert computer design and manufacturing, -their facilities are hyper-modern and state of the art- what I was told in Australia could not be done. Even the uneven gum line was corrected without the need to cut into gums. Apart from their incredible ability, their warmth and customer attention was amazing. There was a real sense of caring and of not just being a number. Payment was simple and instant with Revolut and most of all, un-pressured. It turns out Onur is actually the General Manager and so to have that level of attention speaks volumes for this boutique clinic that is bound to grow in stature and reputation amongst a very crowded marketplace. I consider Onur and his team like family now and would not even think about going anywhere else. If six stars was available they would receive them from me.

Cant recommend Dr Ayca and her team highly enough. From the initial enquiry all the way through to post treatment the communication has been excellent. My partner had 24 crowns and 3 extractions and I’ve had full mouth all in 6 implants. My partners treatment results were outstanding not only have they gave her a beautiful smile but have restored her confidence and we can’t thank Dr Ayca and the team enough. I go back for my 2nd and final visit in 2 weeks but so far the treatment I’ve received has been phenomenal. The A-dent team are so welcoming and professional and make you feel part of their family. I wanted to replace my plate (2 teeth at the front) with a bridge, and have veneers on my top teeth and whitening on my bottom (a lot of treatment!). I’ve never been confident about my smile, I don’t actually have awful teeth but I don’t have a gleaming smile…. And since I have a severe needle phobia, and I was concerned about cost, it took me this long to act on it. Also I wanted them to look natural and not “fake”. We had a dialogue back and forward prior to my travelling, planning possible treatment and understanding costs. When I got to the clinic there was a lovely helpful colleague (Sarah) there to translate (but to be honest Dr Kubra speaks English and for me, there were zero language issues), we had a consultation and she confirmed the best treatment, what I wanted to achieve, and costs. So no surprises, clinic is scrupulously clean (I saw the cleaner there every time I visited!), the equipment is modern, it’s busy with patients both local and foreign. The main topic / concern for me was the needle phobia, we discussed how Dr Kubra would do this and keep me calm, at length. I wore tinted glasses so I couldn’t see if I happened to open my eyes. I can say honestly that I didn’t feel it…. In fact I can say for the entire procedure that I genuinely wasn’t in pain. The noise is probably the weirdest thing about the whole procedure. Next visit we did a dry run of fitting and then the 3rd visit was the fitting and whitening on my bottom teeth. The whole process is very fast and with a day between each step, you can do the treatment inside a week. The clinic picked me up/dropped me each time back to the hotel where I was staying locally. My overall feedback is, if you’re worried, don’t be. This is not fast and dirty. You can consult with the dentist before you travel so you will know exactly what you’re getting into. The costs are significantly less the same treatment in the UK but there is no compromise on the expertise of the dentist or the quality of the treatment. I had this done 7 weeks ago and I am so glad I did, it’s made a massive difference to me confidence wise and my teeth look natural. Dr Kubra gives off a positive vibe, she’s calm and pleasant and professional, and considering how nervous was, I felt I could trust her. I’m happy to recommend Dr Kubra and Dent Medica to others considering treatment when in Bodrum. Do it, reach out to them and start up the dialogue, you won’t regret it!

Gum graft for 6 upper teeth and 4 lower teeth. All completed in one sitting. Recovery 7-14 days as expected. Periodontist carried out the procedure which was very professionally done and any questions were answered clearly. Muhlis was excellent with everything promised from costs for procedure to airport and clinic appointment pick ups and was available for any questions before and during my stay. Head dentist was available same day to asses my final appointment to remove stitches and was very friendly during my procedure. This will now be my dentist when I require any more significant dental work and I would recommend them to family and friends.

The primary reason for choosing this clinic was the use of contemporary instruments. However, when I went there, I saw how skilful their team was, and I was pleased with the decision I made. Thank you, Cosmedica, for making me love my teeth.

My decision was inevitable, they took out all my teeth, put in 16 implants, I'm extremely happy, and finally, they put in new teeth. As a treatment, it went extremely well because my doctor is an extremely attentive, noble person and the organisation that has been made is very Lean organisation, everyone knows what they do and everyone knows what their duties are The client feels like a prince. I travelled from Liverpool UK with my fiancé had my top crowns done at this wonderful dentist. I hated my teeth due to crowding. I am so happy with the result. Totally straight lovely white teeth. I was happy from consultation through to finish. The staff are so warm and friendly and explain everything throughout. Very reasonable prices too. 10/10.

This clinic is amazing. Very modern clinic and excellent customer service. Well recommended to anyone who needs any work done. I had front 4 teeth denture made within my weeks holiday. Price was excellent and the dentures were really good
