I made contact with Novus clinic through Whatclinic platform. Salma have contacted me the same day, and have made 3 different plans for me, which we discussed later. After explaining to me the 3 plans, I have made the decision to do the single-stage plan. I have booked a flight to confirm my reservation. Once I arrived at Istanbul airport the clinic driver was waiting to take me to the hotel. The next day I started the treatment. The procedure was professional and not so painful. The service was perfect. My contact Salma was with me every day during the treatment to translate and be sure that I receive the best service. After the treatment, I was very happy with the results and I had no pain at all. It was a good experience. I had a full set of crowns done and I'm very happy with the outcome. I had a warm welcome by oguz and he was very helpful throughout the process. My Dentist İlayda Karaca was great from start to finish. I wanted to make some small adjustments and she was happy to accommodate them. I was very afraid of getting implants. They said that if I waited any longer, I would have bone loss and it would not be possible to have an implant later. My son took me by force and after talking to the doctors, my fear subsided a little and I was finally convinced to get the implant. I was very pleased and it wasn't worth my fear, it didn't hurt at all. It was a great relief, I didn't think implant treatment would be this simple. They use a special implant. Having researched months prior and having had colleagues who went to other hospitals in Turkey for similar procedures my gut feeling was to go with Sam Patient services, purely due to the diligence and effort put into reassuring all my reservations and queries. I have never met such humble, honest and empathetic working professionals given that I come from medical background. The level of honesty and sincerity was out of this world. Care provided from the beginning of enquiry to day of discharge from; Gokmen his colleague my amazing Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and all the nurses including the cleaners, caterers, the VIP drivers with the smooth fast transition of transport to and from destinations which were already present and waiting on our arrival and the admin staff was impeccable and delivered at Gold Standard to say the least. I have already suggested multiple people from UK and I’ve only been back day!!!. That’s how happy I was with the level of service, care and honesty provided to me along my personal journey. May they be blessed to continue the hard work, commitment and care they provide for struggling individuals who commit to entrusting their lives, vulnerabilities, fears and emotions into the hands of such good noble and humble people.

I have no words to describe my satisfaction with the treatment I got. From the moment I stepped into the clinic I was welcomed by the friendly receptionist and doctors. Everything was explained to me clearly so my panic disappeared. Each intervention was performed professionally - there was no pain or discomfort. Dr. Harika Köklü and Dr. Soykan Köklü are both amazing first as humans and professionals. The result, well, the result is amazing.

I rarely do reviews, but Dr Baysal deserves 5 stars, and I am also doing you a favour because Dr Baysal must be one of the most competent dentists in the jungle of Turkish dentistry. Firstly, he is one of only few dentists to use CT scanning as a diagnostic tool (none of my former own dentists have ever done that). His diagnoses are therefore 100% informed and accurate, and I still can’t believe I had to go to Istanbul to get that! He picked up several important issues needing attention, which my UK dentist had overlooked for years and would have caused me serious health issues later, had they not been caught by him in time. He really is exceptionally competent at diagnosing, which is fundamental and should be the basis your treatment plan yet left out by most other dentists. He addressed the necessary issues, gave me a few treatment and cost options but without pushing for additional work. His work looks amazingly natural & beautiful, but my oral health also improved so much after the treatment (combination of sinus lift/ implant/root canal/crown). In terms of dentistry work, he is a perfectionist. Weirdly, it’s a pleasure to observe him work because he is so skilled; no former dentist that I have had treatment with were as detailed or took as much time in their preparations as Dr Baysal. He even sent some crowns back to the lab because he was not perfectly happy with their shape and thought they should be 1mm longer (and he was right😊). Granted, there are cultural differences, and the clinic is more informal and ‘open plan’ than I’m used to, but perfectly clean. Information is a bit sparse, on a need-to-know basis, but I'll take that any time over my former dentists' mediocre work and ill-informed diagnoses delivered with perfect bedside manners. Dr Baysal is a genuinely caring person, very competent and I’m so, so glad I found him. I’ll happily be flying to Istanbul for even regular dental check-ups going forward. His clinic is in a great part of town, and it will be a pleasure to see him and his sweet team again. I highly recommend him. Look no further, honestly.

Went for my first appointment for implants, the service was amazing and I was treated very well. I was very nervous getting this done but I had a much better experience with them than my UK dentist. I can’t believe the difference. The pick up and drop off service was great and very helpful. The clinic was friendly and very clean. The hotel was pleasant and the locals are friendly. Looking forward to my next visit.

Would 100% recommend VK smile. From start to finish they was absolutely amazing. Picked us up from the airport, sorted our hotel and picked us up the next morning to go to the clinic. Very welcoming on arrival and always made sure you had plenty to drink. Everyone is so helpful. My treatment was 24 zirconium crowns, and I finally have my dream smile, with a massive thanks to these guys. If you have been trying to find a dentist for your dental needs, this place is a must! The design and colors of the clinic were quite marginal and stunning. When I entered the clinic, all my fears disappeared. Everything was very professional and well organized. They always picked me up by private car on time, and my appointments went smoothly and exactly as described. Everyone in the clinic was fluent in English fluently, so we had no trouble communicating. I will visit them to have my mother's teeth done as soon as possible. Thanks a lot for everything.

I went to Dr. Furkan for a dental emergency while I was in Istanbul. He and his team are great. Dr. Furkan educated me on what I needed to do.
