I have been to see numerous dentists over the past 2 years as I felt extremely underconfident and wanted to feel better in myself, all I got offered however was a denture which constantly caused discomfort and did not fit correctly. I didn't feel as if the dentists I had been to see had my best interests at heart and I was constantly experiencing problems. This has had a detrimental effect on my self-esteem and I felt at rock bottom until Dr Sabri agreed to help me. He offered me several different treatment options and I decided to go ahead with the bridgework on my upper jaw. The team at Novusklinik made me feel at ease and I have been today to have my bridgework fitted and I cannot begin to explain how ecstatic I am with the work and how much of a difference it has made to my life. Was die Ärzte angeht, so wurden meine Eingriffe von Dr. Emre durchgeführt. Trotz seines jungen Alters hat er mir mit seinem makellosen Verfahren das Lächeln meiner Träume geschenkt. Alles war besser als das, was mir versprochen wurde. Als ich kam, gab es keine versteckten Kosten, und für den Stoff, der nicht gemacht wurde, musste ich weniger bezahlen, weil er vom vereinbarten Preis abgezogen wurde. I'm from Australia and was going to Europe so I thought I'd look at places to get dental crowns done. The Whatclinic site threw up some highly rated clinics out of the thousands that are in Turkey. I sent the identical enquiry to 5 clinics. Most responded almost immediately. Some were low priced some were high. One clinic took a look at my teeth and included in the price 10 root canals! This suggested they thought the job was so difficult, that most of the teeth would need to be killed to be able to work on them. İstanbul Diş Akademisi came in at the middle to low priced end, very competitive. The attention to detail and ability to communicate however was very high-end. The person attending to me was Onur, who's English was excellent and his understanding of dental concepts was extensive because his answers were immediate and detailed. We agreed terms. I was taken to the clinic straight from the airport and after x-rays was given a thorough examination. Onur went through the options and explained that my case was a little complicated, which I knew already from decades of mouth/jaw/teeth problems. He explained that my upper jaw had not developed in line with the lower jaw, so a "V" shaped upper jaw sat on a normal "U" shaped lower jaw. This caused unsightly underbites on the SIDES of tooth line along with no overbite at the front. It was an ugly mess in there and I said I wanted to have a normal U on U tooth line with a normal overbite at the front. Onur assured me they would do their best. I though, thought the chances of being able to correct this without jaw surgery or long-term pallet expanders was slim. Well, Onur and his expert team achieved in just four days what could only be described as a miracle. I got exactly what I thought was impossible and without the need for any root canals. İstanbul Diş Akademisi achieved through expert computer design and manufacturing, -their facilities are hyper-modern and state of the art- what I was told in Australia could not be done. Even the uneven gum line was corrected without the need to cut into gums. Apart from their incredible ability, their warmth and customer attention was amazing. There was a real sense of caring and of not just being a number. Payment was simple and instant with Revolut and most of all, un-pressured. It turns out Onur is actually the General Manager and so to have that level of attention speaks volumes for this boutique clinic that is bound to grow in stature and reputation amongst a very crowded marketplace. I consider Onur and his team like family now and would not even think about going anywhere else. If six stars was available they would receive them from me.

My husband and I felt completely comfortable from the moment we entered the office. It is clean, the equipment is up to date, and the staff is very helpful and professional. My original plan was to just get 3 implants; however, after meeting with Dr. Cem and discussing my overall oral condition, he suggested that in addition to the implants I cap the remaining 26 teeth. He explained the process, the time frame, and the cost; and I decided without hesitation to do my entire mouth. I can't be more satisfied with how the procedure went and most importantly, my new Smile! I highly recommend Dr. Cem and his team!!

I have just returned home having had laser eye surgery through Sam Patient Services. I had initially thought I would have it done in the UK but I was quoted £4,500 so I decided to research going to Turkey - I have previously been to Izmir but via a different company. Having done my research I decided to contact Sam patient services where my coordinator (Murat)asked for information about my eyesight, general health questions etc and I sent them an eye report from the opticians so that the surgeon could review all the information to see if I was suitable. I was also advised that there were several options for laser eye surgery (all explained individually along with the prices and what was included I.e. accommodation, breakfast etc) and that this could be discussed with the surgeon as to which would be more suitable for me. The surgeon confirmed that I was suitable and I would be able to have the procedure in around 3 weeks time! I then paid a small deposit to secure my booking but the remaining balance would need to be pain in sterling on arrival - this is common practice in Turkey. On arrival to Izmir I was collected from the airport via VIP taxi service who took me to the hotel - the Ramada Encore. The hotel was lovely and I had a sea view room on the 17th floor. After a short time my coordinator arrived to take payment and explained we would then go to the eye hospital (only 5 minutes away). I had several tests at the eye hospital and everything was explained to me at all stages in the process. The English spoken was very good. I was then introduced to the eye surgeon who explained more about the procedures and I decided to have the ‘Smile’ surgery. I was told I was able to have the surgery in around an hours time! I was transferred with another representative from Sam (everyone I met from Sam spoke excellent English and were lovely!) via hospital minibus to the central location to have the surgery. I was gowned up and given some eye drops and pain relief before the surgery. There was no pain during the surgery and the surgeon spoke to me (again in very good English!) throughout the procedure which was very quick. Afterwards it was explained to me about taking my eye drops and medication and I was given protective glasses to wear and potential side effects. My eyes were a bit blurry afterwards and I just wanted to close them - it had been a long day so I made sure I had all the medication and went to sleep! I was booked in for a check up the next morning where I met the surgeon again who confirmed everything was a success and confirmed my eyes would continue to improve over the next 3 months. I could see so much better already! I was also given information on the procedure to take home with me along with further medication. The next day I did a tour to Ephesus which Sam patient services arranged and would recommend. The following day I returned home! It’s amazing the difference it has made already - my issue was distance and astigmatism. I would whole heartedly recommend Sam Patient Services and would contact them again if I wanted any further procedures. I felt reassured the whole time and anytime I needed to speak to my coordinator they were really responsive to my questions. I have not been paid for this review but believe that when good service is received it should be recognised.

Professional environment with equipment to match. The staff was English-speaking and made me feel comfortable. Strongly recommend.

I’ve been looking for a place and doctor to have my rhinoplasty for years. Until I found girls that already had surgery with dr Görkem. After speaking with them and seeing their results I finally thought “this is what I was looking for”. I am so glad about my choice. The result is better than I imagined. The doctor is an amazing person. The team of nurses and assistants is very nice and helpful. This decision changed the way I feel about myself so much. I am more confident and happy for my look than ever. If you are looking for a sign, this is it!

Five stars for Dr. Çilem Bulut for giving me the best smile I ever had in my life. You cannot set a price on a Hollywood smile. It's priceless. I went for a full set of crowns. They feel like natural teeth. The treatment was very professional, accurate and painless. Dr. Çilem Bulut is not just any dentist but a mosaic artist as well and she managed to restore an old church in ruins, so to say. The dentists of the clinic support each other by casting their opinion on ongoing dental work, so you get a second and third opinion as well. Everything is smoothly coordinated with the technicians, so that you don't need spend more than a couple of days with temporary teeth. The technicians work super fast. The clinic has drivers to pick you up at the airport. The drivers pick you up at the hotel to take you to your appointment. You are looked after just like you were adopted. Your stay at a luxury hotel is included in the price. This clinic is absolutely top. There are even support animals at the clinic (a dog and a cat) to comfort patients. I now have a new dentist, Dr. Çilem Bulut and I will fly to Turkey again and again to make sure that she can do my check-ups.I had veneers before getting crowns and I've been through a lot when it comes to dental treatments. Forget about emergency scaffolding done by other dentists in several other countries. If I need dental treatment again, I go to Umut Dental Clinic. Thank you ever so much!

I found Ihlamur Dent on What clinic and decided to take a chance after reading all the great reviews. I was looking to get 3 dental implants. Dr. Karabey called me directly to get more information and to talk me through the process. He was clear and knowledgeable and I felt very reassured. I'm now 5 days post-procedure and I have had minimal pain and have needed no downtime at all. I'm due to return in 3-4 months to get my permanent crowns (all being well 🤞🏾); but I just want to commend Dr. Karabey on his bedside manner. I generally have a fear of the dentist, but I felt so at ease throughout the appointment. I was so at ease that I nearly fell asleep in the chair! The dental nurses had a limited grasp on English, but they were so welcoming and lovely. The clinic is clean, modern and bright. I highly recommend this clinic ❤️ Quick tip for international patients (I'm from the UK). Bring cash or if possible, complete a bank transfer a few days prior. The conversion charges for card payments are steep!! 😄

Thanks to Aaron Peter and Antalya dental company I was diverted to Izmir dentist Cadde dental. Job they did is fantastic, visit the clinic twice, first they put in the implants and fix the front teeth, and the second time just finished. The result is stunning, I have 28 crowns,6 dental implants, bridges over them, a perfect smile, very happy, the staff is friendly very professional, every penny worth. l have paid hotel for treatment time and airport transfers,so for my understanding that is the best deal in the market so far. Due to an additional member of my family attending at the last minute, we couldn’t stay at the planned hotel but Honor was a saint and sorted it all out for us and we were placed at a lovely hotel. As promised a taxi was awaiting our arrival and took us straight to A-dent where I was greeted by Honor himself and a lovely team. Honor talked me through every stage and then guided me as we proceeded with the scans. I met my surgeon who firstly looked at the scans then asked to take a look at my mouth. It was all very professional and very courteous. The surgeon was very honest and said that it was a lot of work but I could have the procedure, so I was booked in at 5pm the next day for surgery. On the 02.03.24 at 3 pm we were picked up by the transfer taxi and taken to the clinic where a further scan was taken and then Honor talked me through the whole process, and what type of plate was recommended due to my bone loss. After this, we were taken to the staff room where were given food to eat and we all sat and had a very relaxed time. 5pm I was greeted by my surgeon and sat in the chair. I was given time to say my goodbyes to my children and then it was all go. All the equipment needed was sterile and taken out of sealed packets, and when ready the surgeon made a start. First he applied an anaesthetic spray to numb the gum, and that worked in seconds, then after a minute or so I was injected loads to ensure I would not feel a thing. My surgeon was quick working with this and I was numb from the bridge of my nose to the top of my mouth. 3 teeth taken out, 2 sinus lifts, 6 implants later and all stitched up the first half was complete. That was the hard part done. We had a short break, and then round 2, the lower jaw. This was easier as I had 10 teeth on the bottom, but I was still injected loads to make sure that I had no pain, then 10 teeth taken out, 6 implants placed and stitched up I was finished. It was a lot of work, but I honestly didn’t feel a thing other than a lot of jaw ache but this is due to having my mouth open for 3 hours and also the pressure that is applied when they make the placements for the implants. My surgeon was amazing and had clearly done this procedure many times so I felt very reassured all the time. I had a further scan and then given a prescription for 5 items, and on the way back to the hotel, the taxi stopped at a pharmacy for me to pick up the meds and then to the hotel where I had a telephone conversation with Honor who advised how to take the meds. 3 days after surgery I was very swollen and I had some serious bruising but pain wise I had nothing more than a little bit of dental ache which you get from having 1 tooth out, it amazed me. 10am on the 5.3.24 I was picked up and taken to to clinic for a check up and was told everything looked well and the healing was already happening which was a great relief, then Honor showed me the last scan where I could see all 12 implants. I was so happy they had managed to achieve this. I now have to allow 5 months minimum for all the bone grafts to take and harden, which for me means no teeth at all, but if this is advised to reduce the failure ratio due to the lack of upper jaw bone then I’m ok with that. I chose A-dent from what clinic because of all the positive reviews and I promise I was not disappointed. The clinic itself was immaculate. The floor was so clean you could eat off it, all the equipment was sterile and clean, it was brilliant and the staff there were so polite and guided you with everything, but Honor, well he is just a diamond guy and will do anything and everything to support, guide and reassure you through everything. You also get a “implant passport” which gives all the information on what type of implant you have and where it is placed and all covered by a lifetime guarantee. I now know that if I need any treatment in the future A-dent is where I will be going and I think my children will too. Absolutely first class!
