We have recently joined the practice which all started with us seeking a second opinion from our current dentist. The service we have received at Salters has been truly exceptional. Michelle who was our first point of contact is the most adorable, kind caring lady who has gone the extra mile in helping us. I am an events manager and I'm hard to impress when it comes to customer service and Michelle has exceeded all expectations. Dr Joanne Salters was so so helpful and again we felt so comfortable with her excellent care and not to forget Mr Tait who has a wonderful manner and has started excellent treatment on my son. Excellent service from my first phone call in the UK until my return. Medhera Health Clinic is a true professional organization providing excellent service from the consultation to the completion of all the work on my teeth. The dentist was very professional and the assistant was very caring and compassionate. I had a full dental examination, X-rays, Advice re a bridge that had broken, and was fully clean. I felt the staff were welcoming - esp at the front desk, very professional while connected with me and my needs at the same time. I was very happy and pleased with my visit, the advice, and the care. I picked Pearl Maynooth because of its proximity to the town and am very happy to recommend it and use its services again.
Mr Shah really puts you at ease by talking to you throughout your treatment. I wouldn't have anyone else, he is very professional. Hoping they open again soon, started my treatment just as they went into lockdown. Stay safe.
Each member of staff from the receptionist, to the dental nurses and the dentist himself put me at ease, explain everything in great detail, discussed the treatment options open to me and suited me personally and specifically. All staff were so kind, friendly and personable. I was put at ease by Dr McAleer, after having awful service, treatment and care from a Online Clear Aligner service. He explained how he would correct their mistakes, continue with a treatment plan that was unique to me and what I wanted and made sure that all options were explained. He also answered every one of my questions clearly and in detail so that I got an overall treatment plan that will address many general and cosmetic dentistry concerns I have. I could not have asked for a better dentist or dental team.
I am normally terrified of seeing dentist- however , urgency needs was priority. I had a hygiene treatment with Nikki which was excellent.
