Salters and Salters Dental

We have recently joined the practice which all started with us seeking a second opinion from our current dentist. The service we have received at Salters has been truly exceptional. Michelle who was our first point of contact is the most adorable, kind caring lady who has gone the extra mile in helping us.

I am an events manager and I'm hard to impress when it comes to customer service and Michelle has exceeded all expectations. Dr Joanne Salters was so so helpful and again we felt so comfortable with her excellent care and not to forget Mr Tait who has a wonderful manner and has started excellent treatment on my son. It honestly makes such a wonderful chance to have such personal care and to really feel so looked after.

I came to this practice having not been to the dentist for many years. My dental health was extremely poor, and needless to say there was a lot to do!! I was fearful at first, but Stephen demonstrated that I needn't be. Stephen is an excellent communicator and very empathetic. At the beginning, I had many treatments to get me back on track - mainly fillings and re-doing old fillings (including ceramic). For the last 10 years or so, I'm happy to say (significantly down to Stephen and his team) that my oral health & hygiene has been slightly improving year on year and is miles better than when I first arrived.

For the last couple of years I have been seeing Marguerite (dental hygienist). She is fantastic and does a splendid job - leaving my teeth feeling really "deep" cleaned. She's points out areas where she think I can do better and gives me specific instruction of what I need to do.

My wife and kids (3) go to Joanne. None of my kids are afraid of the dentist - huge respect to Salters & Salters.

The waiting room is very comfortable with current reading material (daily newspapers, latest magazines) for a wide range of tastes!

Everyone at Salters & Salters are very friendly and extremely professional.

It's slap bang in the middle of Weybridge, so really accessible.

Sarah, one of the dental nurses, is so professional and friendly - always a smiling face to greet you and during treatment. Absolutely brilliant with my children - putting them at ease, making them welcome and asking about their day! Making the visit an enjoyable and relaxed experience for everyone.

I had a broken from tooth and Dr. Whittle put a temporary tooth in and a new crown within 10 days. I cannot express how greateful I was for such a speedy service but also for its superb quality. He's such a high class professional.

I've had a few iterations of veneers on my front teeth over the years, but my recent experience is the only one I've felt strong enough to provide a review. It was the most pleasant experience, with an unusual attention to detail on the temps that I had to wear whilst waiting for my veneers to be made. The temps were so good, I could have happily worn them for longer, apart from the fact that I couldn't eat anything that would stain them! The veneers are a great fit and have made my front teeth less bulky / protrusive looking and cumbersome than the original ones, without changing my smile. I wish I'd have gone to Dr Whittle for my original veneers! He's very attentive and sensitive to your feelings, and is definitely the most gentle Dentist I think I've encountered. You'll be in safe hands with him!
This clinic is nice and clean with very friendly staff, who all make you feel welcome. The receptionist, Michelle, is lovely, and called me a couple of times over the period of my treatment to ensure I was ok and happy with the outcome providing great customer service follow up. After having being to a few dentists since moving out this way, I'm glad I've found Salters, and I won't be moving any time soon.

I visited Marguarite recently who is one of the Hygienists at Salters & Salters. She is extremely thorough in her work and made sure that my teeth were in tip top condition by the end of the appointment. Marguarite is also very considerate of my gag reflex and really makes the time to make sure I am comfortable at all times. I can't recommend this lovely lady enough, she is great.

I have been with Salters & Salters since they opened and I wouldn't change, ever! Mr Salters is fantastic and looks after the teeth of all my family. He takes the time to get to know you and for me that really makes a difference. He is someone you can trust to give you the right advice and I always leave his clinic with a smile on my face.

I had some bonding painted onto the end of one of my chipped front teeth. This means I won't have to replace the tooth and will save a lot of money. The treatment was suggested by the dentist.

Every visit is pain free, quick and very nearly enjoyable! The surgery reminds you of the appointment a few days before. Everyone is very cheerful.

Having intense dental pain I contacted this salter and salter dental practice - where I had been before and always reviewed a caring, quick and fast response.

I was treated by Dr Derek Whittle who I have not met before. I found him to be patient, interested and extremely thorough. He clearly has a lot of experience combined with a friendly and courteous manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending both Dr Whittle and this practice.

Great practice. The receptionist, Michelle, was super helpful. The hygienist and dentist were great and very gentle.
The only thing is that in the past I used to clean my teeth in one go, rather than get treated in 2 times. Overall experience was very good.

I have to book another appointment, as I missed the last one due to an illness. However, I would always recommend Salters & Salters, they are very good and so is the receptionist.

I am a very nervous patient when it comes to taking myself to the dentist. I usually only do so when the pain becomes too much to cope with. For the last 5 days I have had the worst tooth pain and was recommended Salters & Salters by my family who use them regularly. When I arrived I immediately felt at ease with the kindness of the receptionist and calming atmosphere. I saw Mrs Salter who informed me I needed root canal. I immediately panicked. However, the injection was unnoticeable and the 1st round of treatment was 100% painless and I am now in a lot less pain and cannot wait to have the second round of treatment as it's one step closer to a painless mouth. The pricing is obviously higher than NHS prices, but you are treated with a lot more care and attention that its completely worth every penny!

I have always been terrified of the dentist and nothing and nobody helped. I have tried so many that I had accepted that I would just have to put up with bad teeth, until I gave Salter and Salters a try. What a difference! The kindness and patience that I have received has been so good that I have completed all of my treatment and can now be like everyone else; a check-up every six month, I cannot recommend Salters any higher than in saying if you are scared of the dentist you wont be after a visit to Salters and Salters

I have just come back from having treatment for wrinkles and I am impressed and surprised as it was as painless.
