Thermage treatment was amazing and Sofia makes you feel at ease the whole time. I can already see the results. Travelled from Scotland as they don’t offer the service up here. Beautiful clinic and person! She’s very insightful as well and I can’t wait to go back.

I attended this lovely clinic 6 days ago for UltraClear Superficial. Numbing cream was applied roughly 30 minutes before the procedure, it may have been longer but I was feeling very relaxed, laid on a massaging bed listening to music of my choice. Photo’s were taken and the treatment began. I’m not going to lie, the treatment was uncomfortable around my ears and the sides of my mouth but was soon forgotten because it was over so quickly. I was very red afterwards and you could see imprints on my neck from the machine, I did bleed a little but no pain. The clinic advised to take paracetamol if needed but it wasn’t necessary. You’re given a care package to take home to clean and moisturise the area and this does work, a little smelly but it does the job brilliantly. The following morning was a shock, my pillow case was a little bloody and my face even redder but no pain. Six days on and my face is already glowing, it’s amazing how quickly you recover. Don’t hesitate in having this treatment, you need to plan the downtime, if you don’t want anyone to know, I would allow a week to be on the safe side. The clinic itself is lovely, very clean, the staff are friendly and the practitioners are very professional. You are made to feel special. I understand why they win so many awards. Just go and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. The photos are on day 1 and 6. Still a little red around the neck on day 6 but could easily be hidden if necessary.

When I had questions or concerns both before and after the surgery he was always prompt to either see me in the clinic or phone me. The nursing staff were fantastic and I felt I was in good hands. And Daniel in reception deserves a mention. His caring, intelligent, professional manner on the phone is outstanding. Overall, the clinic lived up to its excellent reputation. The environment was clean and well-organized, with clever use of space.

I always go to Julie for my treatments. Part of the reason is that I know that she herself will be doing the treatment, no one else. She is honest with me and is always open to answering my questions on less invasive, new treatments that are in the pipeline. Had M Sculpting/Body Sculpting procedure done. Absolutely amazed with the results! Lost a massive 6cm around my stomach in under 3 weeks! I was not expecting that much at all in such a short time! I have also had anti-wrinkle injections and didn't feel a thing. Really happy with the results! I was comfortable and it was very quick and definitely reasonably priced as well! The staff are incredible! Always make you feel comfortable and relaxed. They will do whatever they can to go out of the way for you. I have seen a few ladies on separate occasions due to my busy lifestyle and they are just so lovely. Make you feel like you've known them for years and your all apart of a family :). These ladies all make you feel so good about yourself. (Definitely a positive change from some places that you go where you feel worse going out then you did going in.) Highly recommended ! You won't regret it !
