A warm welcome, followed by fantastic customer service. Made me feel at ease from the commencement of the session and explain to the procedure throughout. Constantly having the opportunity to ask any questions about the procedure. Felt cared for and the after-care information had a feeling of continued customer service.

I attended this lovely clinic 6 days ago for UltraClear Superficial. Numbing cream was applied roughly 30 minutes before the procedure, it may have been longer but I was feeling very relaxed, laid on a massaging bed listening to music of my choice. Photo’s were taken and the treatment began. I’m not going to lie, the treatment was uncomfortable around my ears and the sides of my mouth but was soon forgotten because it was over so quickly. I was very red afterwards and you could see imprints on my neck from the machine, I did bleed a little but no pain. The clinic advised to take paracetamol if needed but it wasn’t necessary. You’re given a care package to take home to clean and moisturise the area and this does work, a little smelly but it does the job brilliantly. The following morning was a shock, my pillow case was a little bloody and my face even redder but no pain. Six days on and my face is already glowing, it’s amazing how quickly you recover. Don’t hesitate in having this treatment, you need to plan the downtime, if you don’t want anyone to know, I would allow a week to be on the safe side. The clinic itself is lovely, very clean, the staff are friendly and the practitioners are very professional. You are made to feel special. I understand why they win so many awards. Just go and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. The photos are on day 1 and 6. Still a little red around the neck on day 6 but could easily be hidden if necessary.

Wonderful experience (treatment for wrinkles, fillers, laser and facial) we'd at the clinic. The nurses were extremely friendly and helpful. They were very informative regarding our enquiries during preliminary messages. A big shout out to Dr Bas for his professionalism(not pushy) and patience when answering our questions/doubts. Last but not least, the pricing is absolutely reasonable. 5 stars service and big value for money. We will definitely go back again in May. I had 2 sessions of Colonic Hydrotherapy to kick start my health journey. The lady was lovely. We went through a consultation on the first appointment and she talked me through everything to put me at ease. I suffer from chronic anxiety and generally not in great health in terms of diet. I feel refreshed, healthier and even have so much more energy. I was given advice on vitamins and general health tips which really help me move forward on my journey. Since my sessions, I’ve taken on the advice and changed my ways, which has led me to lose 5lbs in the first week. I’m not craving unhealthy foods, nor am I tired after eating anymore. The facility is very clean. There is free parking. Brilliant service and treatment. I’ll be booking again.

Following a free consultation with Dr. Dhobb, I booked a laser treatment session for the red veins on my face. It was not particularly pleasant, but the doctor and his assistant were very gentle and reassuring, and I am totally thrilled with the result. He spent a long time carefully zapping every offending vein, and I was most impressed with his patience and experience. The results have been immediate, exciting, and of great value. I have had no ill after-effects and I would certainly return here for any further vein work.

I've been going to Sheen Clinic for tattoo removal. Done 2 sessions so far, the results are noticeable but I have to complete a few more sessions. The staff and doctors are reliable and helpful. Would recommend this place if you are looking for quick and easy tattoo removal in this area.

The receptionist was polite as well as organised. The surgeon explained clearly what he was going to do (to remove 2 moles) and the surgery was done promptly, painlessly and without any fuss. Very pleased with everything

This is an amazing clinic. Dr. Chow was very precise, thorough and honest with my folliculitis barbae diagnosis. He accurately predicted how many laser treatments I needed and the approximate results after each session. After tens of thousands of dollars spent at other clinics and medications and creams for this condition, this specific schedule of treatment ended up to be the one that actually worked. My laser therapist Michelle was also very skilful and knowledgeable at using the laser technology and always ensured immediate followup the next day on the results of the treatments and skincare aftercare afterwards. I would recommend this clinic for its excellent service and expertise.

Had Skin Tag treatment with Jemma 10 days ago and I am delighted to have found her for the treatment I received. The premises are clean, and private, with parking at the door; and Jemma was fantastic. Gave good advice beforehand, and also had the patience to ensure she got everything.
