I have attended Facial Aesthetics since 2017 on various occasions for cryotherapy treatment for Pigmentation and Keratosis related treatments and have always received excellent care and aftercare from Julie. Julie always makes you feel at ease and explains every step of the treatment process. I’ve currently received three separate treatments over the past three months on the same area for one fee which to me demonstrates the focus on outcome and on me the patient. Overall the practice and staff are so well organised and efficient and I would be very reluctant to go anywhere else.

This is my second visit, and the experience has been amazing. Compared to the first time, the treatment results are significantly better. The staff are all very warm and friendly, and the doctors are very professional. An excellent experience, 100% recommended.

I’ve been with Dr Uka since 2012. My journey has been complicated by middle age rosacea however between us we’ve worked through all of that along with anti-ageing support of tiny fillers around the mouth and chin to eliminate the chin bobbling that comes with middle age with support of small fillers around the mouth every 3 months or so I look and feel about 40 even though I’m 62!

I had large pores, oily skin, blackhead, and whitehead problems. I tried out the medical grade facial Gly at Sheen Clinic and it showed very good improvement. Look forward to my next treatment.

This is an amazing clinic. Dr. Chow was very precise, thorough and honest with my folliculitis barbae diagnosis. He accurately predicted how many laser treatments I needed and the approximate results after each session. After tens of thousands of dollars spent at other clinics and medications and creams for this condition, this specific schedule of treatment ended up to be the one that actually worked. My laser therapist Michelle was also very skilful and knowledgeable at using the laser technology and always ensured immediate followup the next day on the results of the treatments and skincare aftercare afterwards. I would recommend this clinic for its excellent service and expertise.

Had Skin Tag treatment with Jemma 10 days ago and I am delighted to have found her for the treatment I received. The premises are clean, and private, with parking at the door; and Jemma was fantastic. Gave good advice beforehand, and also had the patience to ensure she got everything. Mole removal on the side of my nose- £250. I found the clinic to be very clean and professional. Laura was clear and knowledgeable on the subject and discussed the procedure with me. We went ahead on the same day, it was no longer than 2 mins and the mole had been removed leaving a small sore. The sore is currently healing and has scabbed and my follow up appointment is in a couple of weeks. So far I am happy with the outcome and pleased I took the step.

The clinic got me in quickly for digestive issues and the specialist prescribed pills that helped immediately, so I am grateful for that. I had blood and stool tests done and it took a week and a half of me pestering to get the results by email. I received no explanation from the doctor about my results, nor a treatment plan. My question about how long I should take the medicines was never answered. The lab tests were inexpensive, though, and the nurses were professional and kind to me, as were the office staff. The doctor spoke English well and seemed very knowledgeable. If I were in Bucharest longer I could have pressed for follow up appointments. So, I have mixed feelings about this clinic.
