What I love about Ultracel is the fact that it makes your own body do all the work. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

On my initial meeting with Sofia I was extremely impressed by her listening skills. I knew that I was in safe hands and the treatment using my own blood plasma to fill my lip lines would be exceptional. Her care during the procedure and follow up attention has been second to none. I have had a scalp wart for 2 years that comes and goes and drives me nuts. The practice nurse at my surgery has scraped it off and checked the histology but it rapidly returned so I wanted a proper job doing without spending a fortune. I was able to see Dr Chambers very quickly and he gave it a good blast or 3 of cryotherapy. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Job has done. I can return for a further treatment free of charge if this doesn't work but I am hoping this will suffice. I am delighted with the service Cotswold Cosmetics provided and will certainly recommend them.

The laser treatment I am currently undergoing as a course am very pleased with results. I am coming towards the end of my course so am very happy. The practitioner is very attentive and helpful and aims for results.

I was extremely pleased with all stages of the treatment. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a cup of tea and seated. I had a consultation with Dr. Sophie, who was very patient and gave me the best advice and answered all my queries and addressed my worries- I even was allowed to bring my son with me which made me much more comfortable.
