Thermage treatment was amazing and Sofia makes you feel at ease the whole time. I can already see the results. Travelled from Scotland as they don’t offer the service up here. Beautiful clinic and person! She’s very insightful as well and I can’t wait to go back.

I went to the London clinic and was super happy with tori Berndt my nurse at the clinic. She does Treatment for Wrinkles and fillers for me, and the treatment was very secure and knowledgable. I live in London and that makes it very easy for me. The staff is wonderful and the prices are very good. Also the give you deals as a regular client.

So friendly and informative! Honest with how many treatment sessions I needed, with no intention to make me pay more than required. Very detailed in telling me about aftercare and anything which May happen after the treatment. Really great experience.

I attended this lovely clinic 6 days ago for UltraClear Superficial. Numbing cream was applied roughly 30 minutes before the procedure, it may have been longer but I was feeling very relaxed, laid on a massaging bed listening to music of my choice. Photo’s were taken and the treatment began. I’m not going to lie, the treatment was uncomfortable around my ears and the sides of my mouth but was soon forgotten because it was over so quickly. I was very red afterwards and you could see imprints on my neck from the machine, I did bleed a little but no pain. The clinic advised to take paracetamol if needed but it wasn’t necessary. You’re given a care package to take home to clean and moisturise the area and this does work, a little smelly but it does the job brilliantly. The following morning was a shock, my pillow case was a little bloody and my face even redder but no pain. Six days on and my face is already glowing, it’s amazing how quickly you recover. Don’t hesitate in having this treatment, you need to plan the downtime, if you don’t want anyone to know, I would allow a week to be on the safe side. The clinic itself is lovely, very clean, the staff are friendly and the practitioners are very professional. You are made to feel special. I understand why they win so many awards. Just go and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. The photos are on day 1 and 6. Still a little red around the neck on day 6 but could easily be hidden if necessary.

Great experience with Dr Tommy Ng, his consultative approach made me feel at ease and most importantly: the procedure was pain and bruise-free (unlike other experiences in the past). Very happy with the results!

I've been seeing Dr Benson for many years and trust her implicitly in her skills and advice on what to do but also what not to do. Her work with muscle relaxing injections for the forehead and fillers is always subtle but effective and I don't look like I've had work done but get compliments all the time. Also, HIFU and peels have produced long-term benefits. Highly recommend it as a safe pair of hands.

Had M Sculpting/Body Sculpting procedure done. Absolutely amazed with the results! Lost a massive 6cm around my stomach in under 3 weeks! I was not expecting that much at all in such a short time! The staff are incredible! Always make you feel comfortable and relaxed. They will do whatever they can to go out of the way for you. I have seen a few ladies on separate occasions due to my busy lifestyle and they are just so lovely. Make you feel like you've known them for years and your all apart of a family :). These ladies all make you feel so good about yourself. (Definitely a positive change from some places that you go where you feel worse going out then you did going in.) Highly recommended !
