I had a serious accident whilst on holiday in Turkey. The scans and x-rays required to assess the damage were done quickly and two surgeons used that information to choose the best course of treatment for me. I had numerous fractures and a broken femur that needed operating on. I was given a comfortable private room, well equipped and modern, then I underwent surgery for the broken femur at the earliest opportunity. After the operation, I was bed-bound for a week before I was able to leave the hospital. During my whole stay all the staff, doctors, nurses, translators, cleaners and caterers were all excellent. They were unfailingly cheerful and helpful and I felt well cared for. Simply put, the whole team did everything they could to make my stay as comfortable as possible and I'm enormously grateful to them all.

Very informative and helpful complimentary consultation with the doctor who in the end did not think it was necessary in my case to do a full scan for skin cancer. Low pressure, he made a few other recommendations and sent me away with the necessary information to decide without pushing for the sale, which I very much appreciated. I didn't notice any English signage but it's a very accurate map pin and if you can read Thai at a basic level you'll be fine!

Very impressive all around - many thanks to Marion and Stephanie who took great care of me in the last 12 months - managing to completely eliminate an ugly fungal nail infection (affecting 3 nails on each foot) that had proved impervious to previous treatment attempts for many years. They were so friendly and professional that it was a pleasure to visit the clinic. I was really impressed with the multi layered approach - cold laser , pills, topical treatment and infection control. They have more radical approaches if needed but I didn't need them . I came to an initial consultation with a surgeon at the clinic regarding an otoplasty revision procedure. The surgeon said that she did not have the experience required for the type of surgery that I required and recommended an alternative clinic. The surgeon's frankness and honesty are praiseworthy. The Dermatology Clinic seems to be run in a very professional manner and is highly recommended.

I had my breast implants removed and fat transfer from my tummy, hips and thighs placed into the breasts. I am very happy with my experience at Mona Lisa and my results. Elizabeth was amazing, always on hand to answer all my questions and she even drove me home after the surgery and picked me up for my follow up appointment with the surgeon. Dr. Chow has been incredible. My husband has been going for years for his eczema - Dr Chow is the only doctor who he’s ever seen real and quick results.
