Thermage treatment was amazing and Sofia makes you feel at ease the whole time. I can already see the results. Travelled from Scotland as they don’t offer the service up here. Beautiful clinic and person! She’s very insightful as well and I can’t wait to go back.

I attended this lovely clinic 6 days ago for UltraClear Superficial. Numbing cream was applied roughly 30 minutes before the procedure, it may have been longer but I was feeling very relaxed, laid on a massaging bed listening to music of my choice. Photo’s were taken and the treatment began. I’m not going to lie, the treatment was uncomfortable around my ears and the sides of my mouth but was soon forgotten because it was over so quickly. I was very red afterwards and you could see imprints on my neck from the machine, I did bleed a little but no pain. The clinic advised to take paracetamol if needed but it wasn’t necessary. You’re given a care package to take home to clean and moisturise the area and this does work, a little smelly but it does the job brilliantly. The following morning was a shock, my pillow case was a little bloody and my face even redder but no pain. Six days on and my face is already glowing, it’s amazing how quickly you recover. Don’t hesitate in having this treatment, you need to plan the downtime, if you don’t want anyone to know, I would allow a week to be on the safe side. The clinic itself is lovely, very clean, the staff are friendly and the practitioners are very professional. You are made to feel special. I understand why they win so many awards. Just go and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. The photos are on day 1 and 6. Still a little red around the neck on day 6 but could easily be hidden if necessary.

Very nice, cooperative, professional and helpful doctor… I really enjoyed my session with her and looking forward for next time to get treated there too. Prices are reasonable and doc is professional, what else do we need.

After moving to the area and finding Dr Raquel on a Google search, and being impressed by her resume and website I made an appointment for a consultation. The clinic space was very inviting, clean and calming and the consultation was incredibly informative. Dr Raquel’s communication was excellent, listening to my concerns and spending time analysing my skin and discussing my treatment options. There were no pushy sales and the consultation did not in any way feel rushed. I certainly will be going back and recommend her clinic to anyone wishing to better understand their skin and look their best.

I have been going to hemel cosmetic clinic for years now. I have procedures done here and I have to say I wouldn’t go to anyone else but Kevin! He makes you feel at ease and comfortable and does an amazing job! All my lines and wrinkles have gone. I would recommend using Hemel cosmetics and have Kevin do your procedures if you want the job done properly! He’s amazing!
