A warm welcome, followed by fantastic customer service. Made me feel at ease from the commencement of the session and explain to the procedure throughout. Constantly having the opportunity to ask any questions about the procedure. Felt cared for and the after-care information had a feeling of continued customer service.

I have had a scalp wart for 2 years that comes and goes and drives me nuts. The practice nurse at my surgery has scraped it off and checked the histology but it rapidly returned so I wanted a proper job doing without spending a fortune. I was able to see Dr Chambers very quickly and he gave it a good blast or 3 of cryotherapy. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Job has done. I can return for a further treatment free of charge if this doesn't work but I am hoping this will suffice. I am delighted with the service Cotswold Cosmetics provided and will certainly recommend them.

I’ve been with Dr Uka since 2012. My journey has been complicated by middle age rosacea however between us we’ve worked through all of that along with anti-ageing support of tiny fillers around the mouth and chin to eliminate the chin bobbling that comes with middle age with support of small fillers around the mouth every 3 months or so I look and feel about 40 even though I’m 62!

Marion Yau and her assistant were very professional and efficient when removing my ingrown thickened toenail. I was not nervous about the procedure because I immediately felt in safe hands. I saw her interview on Breakfast Television. It was very good value for money and I will recommend her for this type of procedure. Her surgery is clean and bright and she has a wonderful personality. The follow-up visit 48 hours after was to check on the progress of the toenail and she showed how to clean and dress the toenail. Marion also gave me antibiotics and painkillers, but I was not in pain at all. Over the experience was very very pleasant and I am so happy. Thank you, Marion.

Had a few skin tags removed with Cryo pen, great booking process, answered all my questions and booked in within the same week. The doctor explained everything in the consultation, and then I had the procedure, also spoke about a mole I have been concerned about, and the doctor did advise. I had a mole appear on my eyelid. I was very nervous. As soon as I arrived, I felt my nerves disappear. Wonderful staff made me feel very comfortable. Very good value for money. If I have any more appear, I will definitely be using this clinic again. I didn't even feel a thing. Only 15 minutes from where I live. Thank you once again.

The consulation was about 1 hour, the actual removal was very quick. Onsite parking and easy to get to.
