From my first consultation to the final 12 month in-person follow up, I have been treated with a great amount of professionalism and warmth from this highly knowledgeable team. Every step of my implant procedure was explained to me in a clear and concise manner, with any questions answered and any concerns I had removed. On the day of my procedure I was made to feel very relaxed before, during and after. So relaxed in fact, that at one point I fell asleep! I was able to lie comfortably throughout the implant procedure, choose and watch television, converse with the doctor and nurses, laugh and joke, all whilst the doctor worked on my scalp.
