Excellent and very efficient level of service only problem appears to be greeting at the airport. Which is very disorganised. Can't fault the treatment and the level of after care service. I'm planning to go back next year to get my second part of my hair transplant. Hotel staff is also very helpful. Also the staff at the clinic. I got my hair transplant done on the 20th September 2022

The staff have been there for me every step of the way from booking my transplant, during the operation, aftercare and always at the end of the phone when I arrived back into the UK if I needed them or wanted questions answered. I had my transplant done December 2022 They were so professional and I felt safe in their hands. 1 year on I’m really happy with my results and it is still improving month on month. I would recommend them any day based on my experience.

This was my 1st time getting a hair transplant. I did a lot of research on many clinics in Istanbul, and from all of them, Tetik stood out as the best. I spoke with Tugce on the phone, and she made all the preparations; she was awesome. They picked me up from the airport in a luxurious van and drove me to my hotel. The next day, after a great Turkish breakfast, they picked me up and drove me straight to the clinic where Tugce greeted me and my wife. After sitting down and explaining everything again that we discussed on the phone, she took me to the medical room where everything looked professional and introduced me to the medical staff. They were all very nice and professional, from the assistants to the doctor. Surgery went great; I had 4000 grafts put in. After surgery, they drove me back to the hotel. The next day, they picked me up and drove me to the airport. I'm so glad I chose Tetik. Now waiting for results! 😊

Great clinic recommend 100% from the start to departure everything neat. Not always high prices give you great service, here they prove that you can get everything done perfectly without over paying! All people super kind, doctor and your personal assistant speak fluent English so communication is not a problem. I have done breast augmentation with Dr Alper Burak- great person, explained to me everything, differences in methods, implant sizes and types, showed me 3D simulations under and above the muscle in 3 different sizes. From the beginning I was pick-up with a friend from airport by limousine only for us 2. Transferred to the hotel and on the way, blood test examination was done. Next day I arrived at the clinic and met about 5 different people which were taking care of me. Everyone was super nice. My guest got 2-course meal for dinner even though I couldn’t eat anything before surgery. I got my meal and his 2nd meal after surgery. That was surprising! After all paperwork and preparation for surgery I had consultation with the doctor. I got associated with my assistant Eyüp who was under the call 24/7 for whole 6-night stay in case anything would happen or if I’d feel bad or sick. Plus I can call him if I have any concerns up to 1 year after surgery if I have any concerns. That’s great! Whole surgery took 2hrs but it felt like seconds under general anaesthesia. I felt so good I didn’t stay for 1 night in hospital but I could. I came back to the hotel after 4hrs for my own wish. I got antibiotics, painkillers, and creams for scar. Also I came back to hotel with compressing bra and compressing tights which I could keep. 3 days later I had a consultation with the doctor and changed dressing from stitches, everything was great no problems. So I could enjoy the rest of the stay at the hotel and do a bit of sightseeing around as I was able to go for a walk the very next day. The hotel was great, good food, nice people. We got transfers between hotel and clinic and airport included. Now I’m over week post op at home and I’m feeling great. Everything is healing correctly and I cannot wait for final results. Plus I think I’ll be back to the clinic for something else in the future. Highly recommend!

Antalya is safe, the clinic is highly equipped and clean. Medhera and her team are very professional and friendly. All the staff were very professional and helpful at every moment. They had time for all kinds of questions and needs. All the patients who were there when I was in surgery were coming from all over the USA. My sleeve gastrectomy was performed successfully. Every member of the team I encountered was completely lovely and reassuring. Before the procedure, I was very anxious and expecting a traumatic experience. The surgeon made me feel completely at ease and comfortable within seconds of entering the room. I have never felt so relaxed at any sort of healthcare appointment/consultation. Unfortunately, I did not catch the specific names of people I dealt with during my hospital stay but they were as fantastic as the whole Surgero team! Definitely recommend for any plastic surgery in Istanbul!

I had a rhinoplasty a few days ago. I was very scared, but I was pleasantly surprised because everything went spectacularly well. I got the nano steam cell facial treatment, eyebrow lift and laser because I was concerned about the redness on my face and the veins. It was definitely good value for money. This clinic is simply the best they all went above and beyond to meet my needs. Everyone is so nice, friendly and welcoming. The hygiene is superb and so clean. Absolutely fantastic doctor and team. I flew to Turkey in May 2022 for rhinoplasty. I was going by myself and extremely anxious however Dr. Durukan and his team couldn’t have made me feel more at ease. I was met at the Airport by Teoman who is the nicest man, he drove me to my hotel and checked me in. The following morning he collected me to go to the hospital. I met with Dr Durukan and my translator, Nehir who was so lovely and made me feel very comfortable. After the surgery Nehir stayed with me until late that night and then was back first thing in the morning. All the nurses in the hospital were very attentive and did regular checks on me throughout the night. The day after surgery Nehir came back to the hotel with me and explained all medication I needed to take over the next few days. I went back to Dr Durukan and he removed the tampons from my nose and stitches. Then on the last day he removed the cast and renewed the bandages. I got a shock seeing my nose for the first time as it was extremely swollen and looked bigger than my original nose. I was told it takes a full year for the nose to heal and the swelling will decrease each week. I am only less than 8 weeks since my surgery and the swelling has almost completely gone. I can notice the difference looking back on photos since then just how much it has gone down in size and start to see just how perfect it is. It was the best decision of my life getting rhinoplasty with Dr. Durukan, I feel so much more confident in myself now and it’s so freeing to not have a huge insecurity shadowing over me anymore. I was well looked after by HCTRenova. Right from talking to Asli on the phone, to my arrival at the clinic, and meeting Dr Oznur and all the other members of the staff, they were all lovely. They explained the procedure (DHI) and did a fabulous job. The post-op care and communication were amazing as well. Long after you’ve left Turkey they still check on you to know how you’re doing. I had a hair transplant at this clinic and my operation went for 15 hrs with a great experience and outcome. Great team and work! Adem is a considerate person, he is great at his job and he also treats you like a friend and family! He and his team have a great skill in this area. He was working on me for more than 15 hours! He loves what he doe and he is very good at it. In addition, if you do not speak Turkish, Emre is a translator with a great personality. If you come from the US to this Clinic, Emre is a dude from California which you do feel like you are at home. If you bring him an In-N-out, you might have a special discount as well.
