Absolutely incredible service from start to finish, unbelievably organised and professional and one of the cleanest and friendliest hospitals I have visited around the world. From the first interaction with Dr.Mesut Demir he made me feel well informed and so easy to communicate with as he is super lovely. Selim has been my translator throughout the whole process in Turkey arranging my driver pick ups from the hotel and introducing me to surgeon team. Selim has not only been my translator he has become more like a friend who has gone above and beyond for my treatment. 10/10 service and hugely recommend this clinic!!

I am writing this review on the 10th day of my srugery. The coordinator, medical staff and the doctor, everyone was very friendly and supportive. Everything was done as committed by them before my travel to Istanbul. Doctor was easily approachable and was present during the surgery time which was my biggest concern before the surgery. After the surgery as well, I met the doctor two more times with just a whatsapp request and they accommodated me. Still the coordinator is in touch with me reviewing my pictures on daily basis and has committed to the same as and when I need. The initial results look good as the area that was committed by the doctor before the surgery is all covered with transplant hair. However, as per the transplant process explained by the doctor, it will take around 6 months to show complete results and I will wait for it to comment on the results again. I am hopeful that the results will be similar to be 5-star service that the hospital has provided me.

I am very pleased with the whole package offered from accommodation to service and doctor's treatment. Even after my return back home, the doctors still followed my well being and answered every enquiry I had. It was a superb experience with a very positive outcome.

My compliments to all the staff for their professional skills and empathy they showed during the tiresome long operation. Facilities were good, too. This is a wonderfully run clinic. As proof, this is my second trip to the place. The first time, I accompanied a friend who had the transplants done. The result was very successful. However, since my friend does not have a lot of hair and needed to add more, we came a second time with another friend who also wanted work done. In my particular case, my hairline was thinning and so I decided as well to join the club. From the first communication with Ahmet, who coordinated everything, the entire procedure for all of us was smooth and seamless. As all our needs were not the same, Ahmet paid attention to make sure our individual needs were addressed accordingly. The pick up at the airport, the hotel accommodations, the actual procedure and post care were all as easy as one would want. There are many clinics in Istanbul - many of which are factories that do the same cookie cutter procedure regardless of ones particular needs. This is not the case here. I would highly recommend this place especially if you want a professional, discreet, safe and clean environment. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. PS communication in English is absolutely no problem--i.e. our Turkish is non-existent...it took me a few days just to learn to say 'Thank you"! =)
