I was well looked after. Right from talking to Asli on the phone, to my arrival at the clinic, and meeting Dr Oznur and all the other members of the staff, they were all lovely. They explained the procedure (DHI) and did a fabulous job. The post-op care and communication were amazing as well. Long after you’ve left Turkey they still check on you to know how you’re doing. I went for a consultation expecting a transplant. I was informed of plasma treatment and laser options with supporting treatment. I opted for this based on Tracy's recommendation and haven't looked back. The results have been really impressive, progressively getting better over a 6-month duration. Plasma treatment by Luke was a massive help and Trisha helped me through the laser therapy sessions. I highly recommend HLC at Preston and got excellent support and service from Tracy, Luke and Trishsa.

I found my treatment at the clinic to be first class the nurses were lovely and very helpful. I could find no faults at all with the care they provided.

I have been going to Dr.Inder's clinic for a couple of years for my hair laser treatment. Then I stopped going due to COVID. Last December, I decided to do chemical peeling, and it is my first time and I have not done it before. The doctor who treated me was Dr.Lina, and this is my second experience with her. Besides the treatment, she gives advice on which skin care products to use, and how to use it. I followed exactly her advice, and I am extremely happy with the result over time.

Dr. Chow has been incredible. My husband has been going for years for his eczema - Dr Chow is the only doctor who he’s ever seen real and quick results. I go for small, but much more surgical issues - cyst removal, skin tag removal, a little Skin tightening. He’s been amazing. Always remembers your treatment history, an incredibly friendly staff, and gets you in and out with the care you expect and deserve.

Today is day 13 after my FUE hair transplant and the experience with the Surgery group has been exemplary. Results: From day 9 it was near impossible to notice I have had anything done and I was going about my day to day activities. Dr Ahmed and his technicians did a very neat job both around the donor area and the transplanted area. So far the results look incredible and I can’t believe how quick I’ve healed and really how simple it’s been. Service: I have been searching for a clinic and surgeon for 3 years, after a lot of research, I decided to go with the Surgery Group. I loved how Jake and Matthew weren’t pushy and had 99% of answers within an hour of me asking. The experience on the day was as pleasant as can be, the facilities were good and Dr Ahmed really looked after me, he was caring, attentive and genuinely wanted to do the best job he could. The technicians were lovely too, they kept me comfortable and kept asking me how I was feeling. The only thing I would point out is- I was quoted and invoiced for 1,500 grafts but on the day I only needed 1,250 grafts, there is no price difference for having 250 less grafts Aftercare: I left the clinic with everything I needed, medication, saline solutions and a list of what I can and can’t do. Jake checked in with me every morning and kept in touch until I had recovered. Frankly speaking, there isn’t much more I could have asked for, it was a near-perfect experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the surgery group and I would certainly use them again in the future.

Dr. Deepak's treatment is very effective and I have witnessed the better results. He is the best doctor in his field to treat skin and hair problems and consistently put his efforts to prove himself best.

I had FUE & FUT combo hair transplant on 23 November 2020. The facility is very good. I had a very good experience in "ALCS" with completely painless surgery.
