I got my hair transplant done at TETIK HEALTH 3 months ago on the recommendation of my colleague. I flew from Hong Kong to Istanbul. Ms. Serap answered all my questions and was really informative. She welcomed me at the airport and I was taken to a five-star hotel in the center of Istanbul. The hotel was really clean and the employees were very kind. The next day, I was picked up from the hotel to the clinic for my hair transplant operation. It was important to me that the operating room was hygienic. Everything was as said. The doctor and team were very professional. Sapphire FUE 4500 graft was transplanted with the recommendation of the doctor. I stayed in Istanbul for a week because my flight was so long. The team made me do a Bosphorus Tour and it was a truly incredible experience for me. I will definitely come back to Istanbul again. Thank you TETIK HEALTH CLINIC!!

I had VASER liposuction on gynecomastia, stomach and love handles at Vanity Clinic by Dr Aloer and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. After years of being unhappy with the way I looked despite dieting and exercising I decided I need to do something about it. I had a lot of hesitation and fear about liposuction and plastic surgery, especially as a medical tourist because of all the horror stories I read online. The whole experience with Vanity clinic was 10/10. Zeliha, the patient coordinator was professional, incredibly patient, very responsive and very kind through the whole process, she said hello to me before the procedure and offered her help whenever I asked for it. Fatih coordinated the process for me when I was in Istanbul and he made me feel very comfortable and supported, he answered any questions I had and made sure the process was incredibly smooth. I really liked his personal approach. Dr Alper listened to me and informed me of his plan for me and how to achieve it. His post-op care was amazing and although I am only few days after I am already very satisfied with the results. He did all I would expect a plastic surgeon to do and more, I would highly recommend him. The clinic itself is very modern and clean. Reception staff were professional, pharmacist was very helpful and kind too. I had to stay overnight in the hospital and the nurses were amazing, they didn’t speak English but I was able to communicate my needs to them and they took great care of me. Nothing I asked of them was too much, I am really grateful for all they did. For anyone considering plastic surgery in Istanbul I would highly recommend this clinic. I have always had hooded eyelids. About a year ago the hooding became so bad that I knew I had to get my eyes done. It was affecting my vision. I put it off for years because I have seen many people (with the financial resources to get the best work done) whose eyes do not look natural. They look continuously surprised. I ran into so many people that looked like that, that I assumed that was what you looked like after having upper eyelid surgery. I interviewed three doctors before deciding on Dr Elif from Medhera Health Clinic because I was concerned that I wouldn’t look like myself after surgery. My surgery could have been covered by insurance but I chose to pay out of pocket because Dr. Elif is that good! I chose her because she was the most thorough in explaining my procedure and she promised me that my eyes would look natural. The whole experience was seamless. Everyone who works in her office is pleasant, knowledgeable, and competent. You can tell they all love working there and it shows in how they work. Phone calls were returned promptly. They took the time to answer my questions. They sent multiple reminders for appts and were flexible in scheduling. Dr. Elif is a kind, caring doctor. That wasn’t something I required in my surgeon but it amazingly made the whole experience enjoyable. Even the surgery was enjoyable. She played a great musical soundtrack which was relaxing and she explained what she was doing throughout the process. I found that very comforting. Her follow-up after surgery was very thorough and my eyes healed beautifully. I highly recommend going to see her before you make your decision. She is the best at what she does and it shows. I had 3 implants done at the clinic. It was performed by Firat and his team. I was worried about having the procedure. Everything was explained to me step by step. I did not have any pain and I was cared for throughout. All the staff were caring, polite and helpful.

Hair transplant - 1-year review I can not fault the Surgery Group at all through the whole process so far. I 1-year post-op and the results are beyond my wildest dreams! I was initially supposed to be having my transplant in Turkey last summer but due to coronavirus, I could not travel last year. I then looked into a transplant in the UK. I had a couple of online consultations with other, better-known companies but luckily for me, I found Matthew and the Surgery Group. The initial thing that drew me to this business was that it was a considerably lower price than other organisations, but after speaking to Matthew it becomes apparent that I wasn’t only getting a lower price, I was also getting a very personal experience in which I felt looked after and cared about. On the day of the surgery, Dr Ismail and his team were very honest and informative about what was going to happen. They drew an initial hairline that I wasn’t happy with so I asked them to modify this and they did. They even took more grafts than they needed to cover the area in order to make the front have a higher density. Throughout the whole process, I felt minimal pain, only for the anaesthetic injections and when hair was taken from the nerve endings. Overall a really professional procedure in which I felt safe, secure and cared for at all times. After the procedure, it was made clear what to do for aftercare and Matthew was available for the days after the procedure and beyond. He has continued to give me great advice over the phone all year, always replying within 10 minutes. For a lower price, I got exactly the same (or better) as I would have got with any better-known clinic in the UK. I went for a consultation expecting a transplant. I was informed of plasma treatment and laser options with supporting treatment. I opted for this based on Tracy's recommendation and haven't looked back. The results have been really impressive, progressively getting better over a 6-month duration. Plasma treatment by Luke was a massive help and Trisha helped me through the laser therapy sessions. I highly recommend HLC at Preston and got excellent support and service from Tracy, Luke and Trishsa.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I came for a consultation whilst on holiday in Bodrum. This was so easy it was like a jigsaw, piece after piece fitted. I had the surgery of 2 areas. 2 sessions back to back overnight. The staff worked tirelessly on my head. I had very little pain. The process was fully explained by everyone one in the team and translated into English to make sure I understood everything. Me and my friend had our hair transplantation end of December 22. Everything was and is still perfect. We just organised the flights, everything else (transport, 5 stars hotel and personal support) was organized by the team. Everybody in the team was very friendly. The doctor was every minute with us, checking and controlling the whole process. Now I am in the sixth month and I am very happy with the result and it is still ongoing to be better. As well the contact afterwards with the doctor via WhatsApp. The doctor and team are asking about the health, pictures, giving tips regarding washing and which shampoos to use.
