I Loved my experience with Tetik Health, the procedure went very smooth of the beard transplant. I have afro hair and doctors did a special treatment for my type of hair. The staff were very welcoming and warm, we had so much laughs together and ate together at lunch. I flew to Sule Hair from Canada and I had a fantastic experience, I was pretty nervous but that quickly went away when I finally arrived to the clinic. They had someone pick me up from the airport and drop me off at the hotel and picked me up the next morning to go to the clinic. It was super easy and always was able to get a hold of someone if I needed it. The procedure itself went better than I could've hoped and they were very good and really did a great job with the placement of the follicles and overall I'm very happy with the density of the hair and my recovery was super fast too. They really care about making sure they do the job right the first time which I really appreciate. I'm now on day 12 and I really like how they continue to follow up with me and ask for photo updates to make sure everything is proceeding correctly and still continue to answer questions even though i'm back in Canada. I highly recommend them.

I had a previous upper Bleph that left me with scars/indents on my upper Lid. After intensive research, various consultations and even a trip to the USA was mostly told to not undergo another surgery since there was not enough skin to fix the scarring-/ so I was told. Then I found Dr Elif from Medhera Health Clinic, right after the first video consultation she gave me a calm reassuring feeling. I decided to undergo the revision with her and travelled from Germany to Antalya. Upon meeting her for the consultation she thoroughly explained what she planned on doing and also listened to my concerns and answered all questions. On the day of surgery, everything went well, she and the Medhera Health team made sure I was taken care of and made me feel at peace doing the procedure. We stayed in constant communication during my stay in Turkey before she removed the suturing. It's been over a week now since the surgery, I'm still healing but I can tell by the suturing that I will barely have any scarring. I cannot thank Dr Elif enough for restoring my eyes and confidence again. Not only is this woman well skilled in her expertise but she actually cares about her patients and exudes that warmth. I am forever grateful to her.

It's been emotional !! By the time I opened the email from Surgery Group I had already paid a deposit with another clinic. Surgery Group quoted me over 2k less than the other clinic so I decided to forfeit my deposit and go with them. The first thing that they did was arrange a consultation with the surgeon. Excellent from beginning to end. I had upper blepharoplasty, and so far feels and looks great even though it is only a week since I had the procedure (local anaesthetic, dissolvable stitches). I came for a consultation whilst on holiday in Bodrum. This was so easy it was like a jigsaw, piece after piece fitted. I had the surgery of 2 areas. 2 sessions back to back overnight. The staff worked tirelessly on my head. I had very little pain. The process was fully explained by everyone one in the team and translated into English to make sure I understood everything. The price was very reasonable. The during and aftercare was excellent. It was so easy I fell asleep naturally during most of the extraction process. I had a hair transplant at this place just over a year ago whilst on holiday in Antalya with my family. Before the transplant, I had alread done research on the procedures. Otek provided me consultation and this dispelled some of the myths surrounding some of the types of procedures which is prevalent all over the internet. I then did further research and concluded that the advice Otek had given me was correct. I had the treatment in the last few days of my holiday so that I could enjoy my holiday (and swim). After the surgery is done, you cannot swim and must be very careful for at least the next 10 days. They collected me from my hotel and took me to a hosptial for further consulation and the procedure. I was nervous about the procedure generally and was doubting whether I should get it done even on the day. However, I became more comfortable as they talked me through the details. They gave very sound advice tailored around my specific circumstances (e.g., me wanting to be able to enjoy the rest of my holiday, return to the office and also to participate in a marathon some time later). I also took comfort from the fact that the procedure was done in a hospital rather than a small clinic in case of any eventualities. I fell asleep for most of the procedure so it passed very quickly but was all done in the same day and I was ready to be taken back by mid afternoon (3,500 grafts). The post surgery advice pack, medication and treatment was very good. I particulalry liked that the use of Whatsapp to look after you in the days and weeks after surgery to track your progress and make sure everything is okay. On return to the UK, they continued to support me and check in on me and make sure there were no complications. Just follow the instructions and ensure you maintain personal hygene and everything should be okay. I had no complications. When I returned to the office, people at work were very interested in the procedure and it inspired others to get it done also. One year later, I am very happy with the results. I look at photos of myself before the surgery and I am shocked by the state my hair was in before the surgery. I now look so much younger and full of energy and confidence.
