I contacted HERO Institute approximately a year ago and was very impressed by their professionalism and courtesy from day one. Granted I was a bit sceptical (as most men are) about the legitimacy of their credentials and experience level. Let me just say, all doubts have been laid to rest! I’m 36 and was concerned about my ever recessing hairline, when I spoke to Dr Maldonado he explained that I had about a 5-year window to decide. That lit a fire and propelled me to make a more prompt decision, shave it off or restore it. I opted to do a full restoration consisting of 2 surgeries 1 Robotic FUE and 1 Manuel FUE. This was the best decision/investment of my social and business life I’ve ever made. I’m absolutely impressed, satisfied and ecstatic with the results and the stellar treatment I received.
I was operated on by one of HERO’S specialized surgeons, both he and the surgical staff were very, knowledgeable, considerate, efficient, and caring!
I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wishes to avoid overpaying and desires a top-notch experience without the top-notch price tag!
It was also nice to do this in Colombia where none of my friends, colleges or tennis partners knows me, it was a bit easier to “disguise” my transformation. Being on Zoom so much in the pandemic didn’t hurt either.
