Wonderful experience (treatment for wrinkles, fillers, laser and facial) we'd at the clinic. The nurses were extremely friendly and helpful. They were very informative regarding our enquiries during preliminary messages. A big shout out to Dr Bas for his professionalism(not pushy) and patience when answering our questions/doubts. I can highly recommend this clinic. Had a local anaesthetic and there was no pain at all, as the doctor added a 'buffer' to the injection. Shame the NHS can't do this. The staff are very friendly and the doctor was brilliant. Will definitely use it again if needed.

Attended the Billericay Oakdin Clinic this afternoon and had my ear blockage micro-suctioned by Georgia. The whole procedure from walking in the door to walking out again with 'new ears' took less than 20 minutes. Georgia is a very professional, polite young lady who made me feel at ease straight away. Step by step explanations of what was about to happen reassured me that I was in good hands. And a free hearing test to boot - which I passed with a 'good hearing' qualification!
