Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I was extremely pleased with all stages of the treatment. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a cup of tea and seated. I had a consultation with Dr. Sophie, who was very patient and gave me the best advice and answered all my queries and addressed my worries- I even was allowed to bring my son with me which made me much more comfortable. I finally made the decision to see Dr Kemp for treatment of my spider veins. My legs have been covered in these veins since I was early teens and made me feel older and self-conscious…. Appointment was on time and was greeted with a posted welcome sign and a cold tropical drink. The physician who performed the blood draw was quite skilled, barely noticing the venal puncture. Received the result the same evening! Amazing. Price was only USD17.00.

Dr Onuma is a talented and caring professional with a demonstrably sincere and genuine interest in providing the absolute best outcomes for his patients. Even before I decided to become his patient Dr Onuma surprised me by personally contacting me by phone to respond to and discuss my original email query the day after receiving it. This type of personalised service continued throughout my time with him. Dr Onuma has always encouraged me to bring up any concerns I have and has been open and transparent with his responses. I have always felt heard and respected and never felt rushed during phone calls or in-person visits. I recently visited the clinic as I was worried about a small mole. The doctor and staff were very professional. I had the mole removed and also had some CryoPen therapy on some skin tags. I highly recommend you check your skin regularly, if you have any concerns go and see them at Thornhill Clinic.

The experience here is very good. I dealt with ear lobe here. I have returned to the doctor for about 8 times. I have received good treatment, and the environment is clean, and the doctors are very kind.

I have just had a labiaplasty and Hoodectomy procedure done at the Oakdin Clinic and I can’t recommend them enough. I have been wanting this done for years but have always been to embarrassed to ever talk to anyone. I finally plucked up the courage and went to my doctor who said they don’t carry out this treatment on the NHS anymore and I would have to pay and go private. I was devastated as I knew I wouldn’t be able to afford it, even with finance. I would look online every day hoping to find somewhere, I even contemplated going abroad until I found the Oakin Clinic. It seemed to good to be true so I was wary at first, not knowing if it was legit or not. Especially the price being so low compared to other places. I emailed that evening and they called the next day where I booked a consultation with Dr. Mohammed Masood. He’s extremely knowledgable and explained everything to me in detail, making sure I understood fully. He made me feel comfortable and at ease straight away. I had micro needling done. The procedure was painless before and after with minimal discomfort. There was no downtime. The doctor gave me the necessary creams I needed for post recovery, which saved me a trip to the pharmacy. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I saw a significant result from just one procedure (usually you need 3-4 before you see significant results). Will use again when I travel back to Romania. The clinic was very clean almost like a hospital environment.
