I had a good experience with Dr. Bobotis at this clinic. He was able to start our appointment on time and was very friendly from our first contact. He also clearly explained my entire procedure and proved to be a reliable professional.

We have just returned from Fethiye where my husband had a nasty fall and was treated efficiently and quickly by the accident and emergency department. He had a nasty cut to his thumb and fractured cheekbone. He was pretty poorly and so he was admitted for tests including a CT scan. He had many tests and examinations before being released the next day. They nurses and doctors were very caring and professional, and we also had the services of a young English woman called Jess who was invaluable throughout for her translation skills. Wonderful experience (treatment for wrinkles, fillers, laser and facial) we'd at the clinic. The nurses were extremely friendly and helpful. They were very informative regarding our enquiries during preliminary messages. A big shout out to Dr Bas for his professionalism(not pushy) and patience when answering our questions/doubts. Went for facial mole removal with very good overall experience.Contacting the clinic was easy and they reply fairly fast, they also give you all the information you need for the operation.Coming into the clinic, both the doctor and receptionist were approachable and accomodating. Very experienced doctor, you could tell from how he explains things so there is no need to worry. The whole procedure was fast and easy. The wound was nearly fully healed within a week and got the stitches removed on the 7th day after the procedure. There may be scar, but it was explained before the operation. In my case, the scar was very small and hardly noticable at all, unless you really look for it. Highly recommended.

Had a mole removal, sent a photo across for a quote, was booked in the following week, the doctor and staff where friendly and knowledgeable, went through all my concerns and options with possible risks. Had a follow up phone call the week after to see how I was. Excellent service, highly recommend!

Had a full platinum assessment at a fraction of the price of one in the UK - I couldn’t afford to go private in the UK. Excellent communication from the start from Eyüpcan. I was collected by him personally by taxi from my hotel after fasting the night before. Had a whole range of tests - MRI, CT scan, ultrasound to name a few and my bloods were taken for other tests. Some of the results were immediately available and the rest came in a day later. Some of my results were a little worrying, but they were translated into English by the doctor on request, and all imaging was made available via email so I could contact my GP and get follow-up tests. Eyüpcan answered lots of questions after I’d left. Highly recommended.

Great price and procedure. I travelled to Sofia where I was collected by a driver for a free transfer to the hospital which took around 1hr 20 mins. I was met by the co-ordinator who arranged for payment to be taken. I was taken to my private room which was clean with a private bathroom. After bloods and heart check the doctors came to see me and took some history and explained the procedure. I was then taken to the theatre. It only took a short while until I was awake and beck in my room. I had an early flight so was back at the airport within 24 hours with another free transfer. Overall great value and service.

I had cryotherapy for two prominent skin tags on my neck. The treatment was quick, with only minor stinging from the freezing. The clinic is small, neat and very clean. The receptionist and nurse were delightful. Although the treatment seemed expensive, it was worth it to me, and I would trust that it is fairly costed out given overheads, salaries, equipment, and rental. This type of treatment is no longer done on the NHS by one’s GP, and this clinic was easy for me to get to.
