I had gastric sleeve surgery on the 18th of January 2023. From the moment of booking to all the way after my surgery, I can not fault the service provided by Dr Cenk, Sevim, and the whole team at Anadolu hospital. The instructions and guidance pre and post surgery were clear and the communication by sevim was first class. I travelled alone and was put to ease. The nurses were so caring. Sevim went out of her way to make sure my flight back to the UK was smooth and easy ( booked wheelchair service, highly recommended). Dr Cenk and all staff members treated me with respect and dignity. I am 6 weeks post op and have lost 11kg. Highly Highly recommended Dr Cenk and his team. I had an exceptional experience here. After extensive research and reading numerous positive reviews, I decided to contact the clinic via WhatsApp. Although communication was occasionally slow, being clear with your queries helps. The clinic is centrally located, easy to find, and boasts a stunning interior. Everything is top-of-the-line. I was greeted warmly, and everyone involved from the customer service team, reception, nurses and surgeon were all incredibly kind, which helped ease my nerves. From start to finish, I felt safe and heard. This team is amazing. Highly recommended.

I had a serious accident whilst on holiday in Turkey. The scans and x-rays required to assess the damage were done quickly and two surgeons used that information to choose the best course of treatment for me. I had numerous fractures and a broken femur that needed operating on. I was given a comfortable private room, well equipped and modern, then I underwent surgery for the broken femur at the earliest opportunity. After the operation, I was bed-bound for a week before I was able to leave the hospital. During my whole stay all the staff, doctors, nurses, translators, cleaners and caterers were all excellent. They were unfailingly cheerful and helpful and I felt well cared for. Simply put, the whole team did everything they could to make my stay as comfortable as possible and I'm enormously grateful to them all.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

The reviews are real, I'm a 62-year-old male Australian who looks closer to his 40s after an incredible facelift surgery. The customer care service is second to none even though my hotel was across the road from the Clinic they insisted on putting me in a taxi on all my visits back and forth. Travelling overseas for surgery is nerve wracking. After being put off by poor communication and a 'cookie cutter' approach at some Thai clinics I was impressed with the professional response from the IM Gender Clinic, including a video consult with the surgeon who actually did the proceedure, the talented Dr Labanca who answered all my fears and questions. The clinic experience itself was very good. The staff is all caring, reassuring and competent. The stay for vaginoplasty is a full week under the care of the wonderful nurses, ensuring I was able to walk and care for myself before leaving - important when one is alone and away from home. The recommended accommodation is a short stroll away, and perfect for further recovery and post surgical surgeon visits.10 weeks on the aftercare continues by videolink. I am happy with my results, healing is mainly complete, and I am getting on with life again. Highly recommended.

My son had a swollen great toe. The problem started in 2012 when he was 19 yrs old. Thinking that it was due to some injury we ignored it and as it didn't cause him any inconvenience even he ignored it. Then in early 2013 it started increasing in size. We showed it to few general physicians & they also said it's an old injury & suggested applying iodex etc. We even went to few local quacks (pehelwans) who treat old injuries with their own concoctions. But things didn't improve. It finally came down to a situation where he couldn't wear shoes. As he was in college which was quite far off from our place & required travel by public transport he had to wear outsized shoes. In April we finally decided to get in touch with a surgeon. A friend recommended Dr. Rohit Krishna. I requested him for an appointment & he was gracious enough to see him the next day. He examined the toe & suggested surgery to remove the tumorous swelling. As the surgery would require my son to stay at home post operation till the wound fully heals it was decided to have it when the college closes for summer vacations. We again met Dr. Krishna in June & he agreed to do the procedure the next day. As it was a minor surger (for him) he booked a minor OT in a small hospital in Gurgaon. We reached there the next day at the designated time. Dr. Rohit took my son inside the OT while I waited outside. He told me in his reassuring manner, that it would take max 25-30 minutes. After I think 25 minutes Dr. Rohitis came out & told me that as explained as the tumour is all around the thumb, the exact words he used were, "circumferential tumour" the procedure would take more time than anticipated. I told him that he was the Boss & it was as he felt best. He smiled & in his reassuring manner told me that he had come out just to inform me beforehand about the extra time it would take so that I should not feel worried sitting outside & wonder. What was supposed to take half an hour took more than 2 hrs. Finally, he came out & took me in. My son's toe was completely bandaged. He then explained to me the extreme caution he had to take. "There are 2 veins on each side of the thumb carrying blood to the toe. It was impossible to save both of them, yet critical to save one & also completely remove the tumour." Though a layman but I could still fathom the patience & skill required to differentiate in that mass of flesh, blood, veins & tumored cells. Maybe it was not a Surgeon but a sculptor at work. He discharged my son immediately. The Dr & his patient shook hands. He took my address & said he would himself come for the dressing. He took the trouble of changing the dressing himself till he was assured that the wound had healed considerably to let the job be done by someone else. Have never seen such a caring doctor. I thank GOD & that friend of mine who put me across to not just an excellent surgeon but an even better human. The tumorous sample was sent for biopsy report & the testing lab took more than 15 days to give their report. When I took the report to Dr. Rohit Krishna, he himself was shocked. It was such a rare kind of tumour that 1 in 100,000,000 people could have it. It's because of Dr. Rohit Krishna that my son walks & even plays football.

Visited the Clinic and had a mole removal treatment. The receptionist and doctor seen were professional and polite, and I had the receptionist present as a translator for clarity on consultation. Great value for money, I would recommend Clinica Mejorate
