Grateful. Thankful is what I felt for each of the professionals who made my dream come true. The receptionists gave me full support before and after the surgery. They chose the best hotel. The nurses treated me with love as if I were they’re family. I felt comfortable and calm even though I was in an unfamiliar country. The doctors, surgeons and anesthesiologists did a great job. I first choose Aurea Health Group because of the health advisor Rabia. When I sent inquiries, she responded quickly and answered my questions thoroughly without pushing. I am a nurse and realize that a lot of healthcare is a business, especially Plastic Surgery. But we have to be very careful over who we choose. This team, including Rabia and Dr. Ulas, made me comfortable and followed me every step of the way. Dr. Ulas had great suggestions when I got there, everything was very efficient from the airport, to the hospital, to the hotel, and Rabia and her driver went above and beyond to meet all my needs. I wanted for nothing and I felt very safe and cared for. Dr. Ulas did an excellent job on my extended tummy tuck and extended arm lift, with precise incisions and sutures that leaves minimal scarring. Rabia has perfect English and the nurses as well as the hotel staff were competent enough in English to help me. I would definitely recommend this team and Aurea Heath Group

I honestly cannot fault my experience one bit. All the way from my original enquiry about breast surgery, to booking, to flying over from the UK to having my surgery, every part of the experience has been incredible. The service has been 10/10, I haven't had a single worry about transfers from hotel to hospital, all of my concerns and questions have been answered honestly and I have been in great hands the whole way through. I was quite anxious and apprehensive to begin with, but I was able to bring my partner along with me who was able to stay by my side every step of the way. We were placed in an amazing and friendly hotel, transport to and from the hospital was organised for us, any medication and dressings was catered for and the hospital visit itself was better than any other I've seen elsewhere. This was my first ever surgery and from this experience alone, not only am I considering coming back for another treatment in the future, but I will also be recommending it to everybody who is considering surgery. If you are someone who is thinking of surgery, I highly recommend looking into your options and viewing flyhealth as a strong competitor, I cannot fault a single thing and I'm so grateful to each and every person involved in my journey.

I cannot emphasise enough how highly I recommend Dr. Afet. Before I went in for the surgery, I was still very nervous and anxious because I have really bad anxiety but Dr. Afet answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I honestly can tell she cares a lot about her patients and I love how respectful and understanding she is. Dr Afet and her immediate staff are friendly and attentive. She offered as many video calls as I required and answered every question and allayed every fear. She is absolutely lovely. But that is nothing compared to her skills. Totally recommend Dr Afet...

After dieting and exercising for years I still couldn't get rid of certain trouble spots so I met with Milano clinic to discuss lipo to help with the problem areas. Fast forward a couple of weeks and the procedure was done and I had my after pictures taken at 5 1/2 weeks. I was so shocked when I saw the before and after pictures - the results were absolutely unbelievable!! Milano is amazing! Wearing clothes that I haven't been able to fit into in years is icing on the cake. I'm healing nicely and have been back to the gym. The staff at Milano clinic are fantastic - professional, engaging, and caring from start to finish. Could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend.

I was have treatment for skin tightening, they do amazing results. It's different 4 cm of my hand sculpted tightening and the staff is very professional. I was so comfortable having treatment with and the doctor responds very quickly. I'm very happy.

Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too. But above all, he is definitely skillful, and the assistant too. She made a great job. I am very grateful. It was the best decision ever made. Istanbul is now one of my favourite destinations ever. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

This is a year down the line as life got in the way but I have to say my experience with the clinic was amazing. I had a thread lift, eyelid surgery and lipo to my stomach,sides and back as well as my double chin. From my initial enquiry right through to my visit I couldn’t fault them in any way. Artur was my guardian angel the whole way through. They were very careful to manage my expectations too. The clinic was spotless and the staff were lovely. Don’t worry about the language barrier either. I stayed overnight in the clinic with a nurse due to the amount of work I’d had done and was really well looked after. The eyelid and lipo was sore for a week or so after but manageable. I found the thread lift the most painful during recovery but was delighted with the results of that and my eyelids. The lipo was good and I’d have liked more taken away but to be honest, if it had been possible to do so safely they would have. My eyelid stitches were removed by the nurse at my gp surgery. I had no stitches with the lipo. I was given clear instructions for my aftercare at home too. All in all I would happily recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future. A year down the line I’m still thrilled with my eyes and thread lift. It was subtle but effective which is what I wanted. I’ve put back on some of the weight I lost from the lipo but I expected this as for health reasons I can’t exercise and take a lot of medication. I’m still far better than I was before I had it tho. All in all a very very positive experience and I highly recommend them

Lower face life and neck lift. Clinic extremely sterile and clean, equipment all new and high tech. Staff friendly and helpful and speak good English. Pre med thorough. Great private room and all helpfully staff. Central location. Procedure was midday 15 June. Now 18th June and all going ok. Bandages etc. still on so cannot comment on the results.

The Coramed Clinic in Wrocław, Poland, is highly recommended. All the staff are professionals and empathetic. Before I decided to go ahead with my tummy tuck, my biggest worries were how could I justify my spending and satisfaction... I read through so many clinics on what clinic. After a series of reviews and phone calls to and from these clinics, I finally settled for Coramed Clinic in Poland. The clinic is nice, neat, very modern, and fair in price. All the beds are good and modern the staff are friendly though they do not speak the English language. They picked me up from the airport in a taxi, which was arranged by Nicolas, the patient's coordinator. The cab man was of great service, he kept in touch immediately after I landed at the airport. There is a hotel and a supermarket a few walks from the clinic which was of great help. After my surgery, again, a cab was also arranged to drop me off at the airport. All these were very helpful. Now, about my tummy tuck. I am 49 years old and had my tummy tuck in February 2024. I made enquiries about an arm lift and breast reduction, but I was told only one operation at a time and that I should get well first. The surgeon’s exact words were "Judy, anaesthesia is real and you’re not a child anymore, so you have to get well first before further enquiries can be answered" This implied to me that the clinic’s main priority is the patient’s health and not after money. However, I am writing this recommendation as there were no complications. However, I was naturally apprehensive not knowing what to expect after the surgery. But to my surprise, the staff put me at ease. They were all around me to give me the necessary support, which encouraged me to stand up from my bed and walk around the next night. It has only been about four weeks since my tummy tuck and my healing is ‘off the charts’! One week after my surgery, I was able to walk around. Although, my swellings were very noticeable all over my body but decreased as the days went by. I am taking pain pills as I was instructed. I am very diligent in following all of my instructions and am happy to see the scars and pains are healing faster than expected. I have already received many compliments from family and friends. The clinic is truly a good one, seamless and comfortable. I can not find the right words to adequately express the positive & dramatic change that the clinic has made in the quality of its service. I will be returning for a future arm lift and breast reduction. I must also comment on the compassion and professionalism of the staff in Coramed Clinic, especially Nicolas, the patient coordinator. She has been so supportive in arranging a taxi, booking my hotel, and making sure I was comfortable in Poland. She speaks English language and interprets most of the Polish language for me. Nicolas has been super in check-ups on me ever since till date. I deeply appreciate her care for me as she answered my questions and showed interest and concern for me as a patient to date. Also, the nurse who watched over me all through was very good, calm, and checked on me at the slightest cough. I have forgotten her name, though. And I must mention Dr. Andrey Kharkov and Dr. Marcin Sierociński for their professionalism. Dr. Andrey Kharkov, the surgeon who held my hand and told me well-done for your quick healing. This type of patient care and compassion can not be taught in medical school. It has been my experience that most doctors don’t seem to know how to smile. But he is different. 'I am certainly glad that my surgeon did not take that course in medical school'. Which means he has a passion for his profession. Dr. Andrey Kharkov and Dr. Marcin Sierociński took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel rushed or unimportant as a patient. Although I knew that the procedures that I had done were not new to them, I believe that every bit about the new me excited them. Thanks for your enthusiasm. I am happy to report that both surgeons’ next mission will be to help me with my arm lift. I just need the skill. I am happy to talk about my positive experience with anyone considering surgery in their clinic it was the right decision for me.
