I had gynecomastia surgery just over three weeks ago at Vanity, and my experience was incredible from start to finish. My driver picked me up from the airport and was super friendly, explaining the first steps, which included a blood test at the hospital. I spent my first night in Istanbul at the Vanity Clinic, where my room was spacious and clean, and even had a small TV. The following day, I met my coordinator, Ayşe, who was fantastic throughout the process. She is friendly, and enthusiastic, speaks perfect English, and is extremely knowledgeable about my procedure. She made me feel at ease and has continued to support me via WhatsApp post-surgery. I was then introduced to my surgeon, Dr. Çağatay Öner, who was also fantastic. He walked me through the surgery step by step, explained the post-surgery care, and answered all my questions. The surgery itself was virtually pain-free, and I was extremely happy with the results immediately afterwards. Three weeks later, the results are even better! After the surgery, I spent one final night at the clinic and then three nights at a nearby hotel, which had two pharmacies directly in front—very convenient for picking up my prescription. The hotel was also close to many restaurants and a large shopping mall, about a 10-minute walk away. My experience at Vanity Cosmetic Surgery Hospital exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them—you will be in very safe hands. A very big thank you to Dr. Çağatay Öner and Ayşe!

I had rhinoplasty surgery at Cosmedica Aesthetic because the aesthetic structure of my nose was not suitable for my face. The result is really great. Of course, I had some pain, but thanks to the expertise of the doctor who entered my surgery, I had a very comfortable surgery. I give 5 stars.

Everything were well organised including the transport. Batuhan was my international patient coordinator and he is very kind and caring. While I was staying at the hotel, he would come nearly every day and made sure I was doing alright. There were 2 lovely ladies (I am sorry I forgot their names) interpreted for me and accompanied me in and out all the hospital appointments. On the day of the surgery, both of them stayed with me all day until I woke up from the surgery. I really do appreciated them. My plastic surgeon is very informative and approachable. I am happy with the result.

From start to end, I felt this service was outstanding. Easy to do. All the information they required I was able to send and their communication back was very quick. When I wanted to discuss with my surgeon Dr Afet this was arranged quickly and the fact Dr Afet was able to speak English was a huge relief for myself. After deciding to go ahead with the surgery everything was explained well to me. The transfer at airport to hotel and hotel to hospital were easily managed and detailed so it was one less thing to worry about. My husband came with myself and he was looked after whilst I was in surgery and informed how my surgery was going. The hospital staff were lovely and helpful. There was a translator available at the hospital who was really helpful. After the surgery, Dr Afet saw me twice before I left to go back to the hotel and once before was flying however was able to talk with her at any point if i was concerned. Since coming home again I have been able to talk with her if needed. I am taking my photos and videos as requested to monitor my recovery and still continue to do so. I would highly recommend not only Dr Afet as your surgeon but also her team they all helped but my mind at ease at every opportunity.

I wanted to reduce my belly fat however I didn't want any invasive procedures. I got some injections and 10 sessions of massage. The results were satisfying! Thanks a lot to the staff and the doctor.

From the get-go, the communication and response time was great. I was fully informed of the procedure and costs. Transfers were provided and the driver was courteous and friendly. The patient coordinator was knowledgeable. Dr Selim Guldiken was professional and also talked me through the procedure of having pan optic lenses step by step. The aftercare after each surgery was second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend having this procedure done.

After doing some Google research I came across Mediface. I contacted them and they came back to me straight away. The next day I had a consultation with DR Erkan, who made me feel so confident that I booked my tickets and flew to Turkey in the next 2 months. I have now had my surgery, and I am very happy with the results. The staff was very helpful and supportive from the beginning. They helped me find a nice hotel and I had a very friendly driver who picked me up from the airport and took me to all my consultations, back to the hotel and back to the airport when I returned home. The staff are lovely; friendly, relaxed & informative. Shaan, who did the treatment was fantastic. She loves her job and has such good knowledge & skills of how to get the best results. She was in no rush, took time to get the best result & was lovely to spend the hour with! Highly recommend.

I originally went in for a consult on removing a large mole, IPL, dimpleplasty, and a Thread Lift for my nose bridge. But after speaking with Dr. Tham, it was clear my main concern was pain and after appearances. I ended up getting a sub Q injection for my nose, no dimpleplasty but went for an IPL and mole removal. The overall experience was pretty painless and perhaps the nose turned out the best. (A week later I am still healing so I can’t say how well the other treatments turned out.) My other fear was also to have a doctor sell me treatments I didn’t need or wouldn’t fit me, and It went perfectly fine. The consult was a true consult and I felt more educated on the processes and he addressed all my concerns. If I am in Singapore again, I would go here for treatment! (Also the appointment process was smooth too and the nurses very nice!)

I visited Dr. Samano for lip fillers. His office secretary was polite and helpful over the phone, and Dr. Samano was pleasant and professional as well. He was very quick--much appreciated since the injections are naturally a bit painful. I was immediately pleased with the results and now, almost two months out, I am still very happy. The placement and amount of filler (one syringe) are perfect. I look forward to visiting again the next time I am able.

Tereza at MedRoyal was amazing. She sourced an experienced surgeon for my facelift. She gave me good advice, kept in contact me throughout the whole journey, answered all my questions and generally reassured me throughout the whole process. It was also good value going to Prague and only a 2 hour flight home. I am very happy with MedRoyal and I would highly recommend their services and I would use them again.

Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.
