I had a great experience. Deborah contacted me and she was super efficient from start to finish. Her English was excellent. I had labiaplasty and the surgery was quick and painless. I am an older white male from the UK. I selected Pitangui like most overseas visitors from internet reviews. The web site, the reviews and the experience of Dr Yoo over the years of this clinic shine through. He has an outstanding reputation and I am more than happy with the surgery, the pain management and the clear explanations.

I underwent Upper and Lower blepharoplasty plus eye bag repositioning (removal of fat deposits etc). My fellow traveller, a lady of fewer years underwent the same and she is equally impressed with the result.
Dr Yoo has an excellent staff around him who not only have sound and commendable medical procedures but also reduce the hassle of the whole visit; taxis, accommodation, airports etc. Pitangui is neither a ‘sausage factory or an impersonal clinic. It is friendly, approachable and totally honest, Ther is no ‘hard sell’ or attempt to push further procedures.

In a Korean domestic market reportedly approaching saturation point, such excellent staff as Sarah who offers clear and practical solutions to the problems clarifies charges and irons out the wrinkles in one's journey mean it is a pleasure to come under Dr Yoo’s organisation. Sarah is extremely good at her job. She is helpful, kind and no problem is too difficult for her. Without her fine language skills, directions and support, the journey through Seoul would have been far more difficult. She reaches out to the customers frequently and effectively. Assisted by Debora, Sarah runs the team of ‘angels’ that are the face of Pitangui.
In summary, Dr Yoo is an outstanding surgeon who has gathered a most effective team around him. His work is excellent but it is the support team that move this clinic up to be without doubt one of the best.

A few words about myself. I'm a white female, age of 44 (they say I don't even look like 30, but okay) live in Chicago, US. I'm happy I picked Pitangui PS and very happy they chose me back. The Only thing I regret is that I didn't come there sooner. I wasted so much money and time on giving a chance after chance to American so-called best doctors, in Chicago, West Hollywood, even Denver, CO. to fix two things: the breathing and the chin. Dr Yoo at Pitangui PS and his amazing staff is the best experience I had out of all and the results are what I needed. It has been only a few days since the procedure and I can tell I'm finally happy. Stop looking, this is your doctor. He will fix what others screwed up. Before you go to Korea, make sure educate yourself about culture in Asia and in South Korea to avoid misreading their signals of sincerity and not to be rude, generally. You'll enjoy the location and convenience of the place you choose to stay to recover and staff will assist you with some good choices. I picked the one that is 3 minutes walking distance and I get a hot breakfast every day delivered to your door, until I check out, which is included. Starbucks is every 100 feet. The clothing store is across the street by Macdonald, if you need an extra t-shirt. People walking on the sidewalks. Everything is clean and feels like home. I booked three weeks to stay because I wanted to make sure I recover well. I paid just as much as I would pay for two weeks at a cheap motel by Los Angels in a not so safe area.

One more word toward the professionalism of the procedure. The U.S. doctors should definitely learn from Dr. Yoo how to get the job done. Once again, I wish I came to Pitangui PS and Dr Yoo sooner.

I am from Sydney, Australia and was looking for a few procedures overseas due to the very high costs, red tape and waiting times in Australia. I had never done plastic surgery before. I was extremely happy and ended up getting 4 procedures by Dr Yoo at Pitangui.

Their scheduling/management ability is fantastic, as, after my initial online inquiries, I was contacted by email very promptly. On the same morning I flew into Seoul I was able to email them, get a response and walk into a consultation with Dr Yoo and were able to schedule in 4 procedures with all safety and quality steps over a 2 week period.

All the staff, Sarah, Dr Yoo, the nurses, were all so caring and most are fluent in English or if not an interpreter is always around. Dr Yoo always made me feel comfortable when I had any questions or concerns. I have recently returned to Sydney and almost 1 month after surgeries, I have still been very happy with the results which have massively improved my life. I saved some money and visited many countries and cities too.

I had a blepharoplasty surgery in Pitangui, June 2019 and handled by a very experienced doctor, Dr Yoo. Dr Yoo, Mandy and all team in Pitangui Medical & Beauty are very caring.

My eyes make me look sleepy and tired. So, I had double eyelid surgery with Pitangui centre. Results were amazing - it looks very natural and beautiful. I would highly recommend Dr. Yoo and his team.

I recommend this place! Usually, a clinic would ask you to do this and that even though it is not needed. But as for Pitangui, they will only recommend to you what you need to fix. I got my eyelids surgery done here and it looks very natural. Stitches are neatly done and it's impossible to notice if I had done an eyelids surgery.

Dr Yoo and his staff are all very friendly as well. My family and I were assisted by Mandy. She is so responsive and her English is very good too. If you need an English speaker to assist you to go through everything, then look for Mandy. Transportation is provided as well to bring you from the airport to the clinic/hotel. Level of satisfaction: 5/5! As for the price, it’s fairly cheap compared to other clinics.

Dr. Yoo and his staff got the job done for my two procedures without any errors or issues. They are very experienced and professional. As a visitor from the US, it was also a seamless process, with Mandy (the company representative) and the nurses being English speaking. The clinic itself is a work of art, as designed by the masterful Dr. Yoo, and though my face is still healing, I'm so far happily pleased with the results!

Pitangui - 1 month after surgery (Upper and lower blepharoplasty, eye bag re-positioning, face and neck lift).

It’s been just over a month since Upper and lower blepharoplasty, eye bag repositioning, face, and neck lift. I have been back home in Australia for a week. Last night was the first time I had worn makeup and gone out for the evening. I knew I would meet some friends and know other people at dinner. I was excited and a little nervous to see if they would say anything and what sort of reaction I’d receive. Wow! I received lots of compliments and people asking what I had done to look so good.
