We were on vacation in London and we took our daughter to this clinic as walk-in patients. The receptionists were very welcoming explaining their services and fees. We filled out a brief form and within minutes we were sitting with a doctor explaining the symptoms and getting examined by her and then she issued us medication with a list of suggestions. The doctor was also kind enough to email us in 2 days to check on the progress. Very good and convenient medical service for a tourist, and very caring staff.

Seven years ago I walked into Dr Lau’s office since I had persistent throat pain. Dr Lau diagnosed advanced cancer and I underwent a robotic operation followed by radiation and chemotherapy. Although during this journey various other specialists did their part I chose Dr Lau as my focal point and main doctor. The reason was that from the moment I stepped into his office 7 years ago I experienced his very high level of expertise, enormous care and 100% integrity. I can honestly say that I have always felt very lucky that it was Dr Lau who was next to me during this quite challenging journey which will be continued.
