Maltings Dental Practice: Having moved to Grantham a few years ago I chose the Malting from a friends recommendations. The minute I walked in, the receptionist were friendly and helpful in every way. I chose Mr J Wong as I have had dental implants before and he was highly recommended by my last dental surgeon. Mr J Wong was indeed very professional in his advice and recommendations and someone who inspired confidence in me straight away..He has just capped one of my front teeth, the procedure and match was second to none an extremely experienced and competent dentist. I highly recommend the practice.

Would definitely recommend Middlewich Street dental Practice. Have had a great experience so far, very friendly staff. I'm a very nervous patient but Dentist Scott Hall has made me feel at ease at each appointment. The best dentist I have visited by far.

Incredibly easy to get seen and treated. The staff were very friendly. All treatments were explained clearly beforehand, and what was happening was explained throughout. Felt like I was treated as an adult who could have an opinion about my own care which is not common so reallyappreciated.

The service is good and professional. The dentist checked my teeth in detail and the staff are nice.

Very very good dental practice, the staff were amazing. Initially felt very nervous due to bad previous experiences with other dentists. However, they made me feel very comfortable right from the off and provided information on the treatment options well very clearly without all the complicated jargon. Would 100% recommend them to everyone.

Today I started my treatment with Dan. I was a bit anxious but he soon reassured me that it would be fine. He talked me through everything he was doing and that helped! He was amazing and so was his wonderful nurse. Eliza, I think that’s her name. I’m now completely fine about my next few appointments! Thank you to both of you!

Brigstock has state-of-the-art equipment with a proactive receptionist. With the 4K display monitors facing patients from The dentist allows a patient to truly be a self-advocate of their self-care and treatment plans catered around the needs and not just done to the patient without excellent communication. The dentists in the practice are also advancing in the field and taking it with medicinal proficiency beyond just a drill-fill cowboy style. They have expert tooling scanners, cameras, quality drills, and x-ray machines. I really would value it if more dentists had this type of professional implementation. They don’t have specialized cameras in the mouth for ease of 3d photos just yet and don’t do an orthodontic treatment like braces and Invisalign and their appointments can take a while around 2 weeks booking which is a bit better than the average dentist. I believe they are leaders in their profession and are training others to provide treatment. There is variability in the expectations given which comes with self-advocacy as opposed to expectations being robust with treatment just done. They have parking in front and access via public transport the reception is very clean and I would recommend this practice to close friends and family for true accountable professional treatment as a gold standard for dentistry.
