The first appointment, so no treatment yet, was very thorough and explained exactly what I needed as there’s a lot of work to be done. Have a treatment plan that will be carried out over around 6 months, seems reasonable as I’m private and not NHS and a lot to be done. Professional, courteous and nice staff.

I've been with Matthew B for more years than I care to remember! He's the consummate professional and a leading light at Rapport! Not only is he a vastly experienced dentist, but he also has wonderful awareness of patient needs with regards to coping with apprehension, fear of pain and general concern about invasive treatment. Matthew and his team have (between them) the expertise to handle all aspects of dental work, including extractions, repairs, hygiene (I use Anne!) and administration. I just would like to say. Clare is the best and kindest dentist ever. I have moved away now and luckily found another perfect dentist. But my photo shows the teeth she replaced. I had. Awful teeth and she sorted them out. Perfectly I cannot find how to post a photo. But would do if I could. I am 70 and have amazing teeth. Thank you everyone, Jackie xx

I had 6 bonded veneers that I am very pleased with. I was always conscious of my discoloured front teeth. I was given and shown options of porcelain or composite restorations. All good and bad points regarding each were pointed out. The procedure was painless. My big thanks to the whole team !!

I went to have a root extraction that I was feeling very nerous about. The 2 dental nurses Sharron and Izichie were extremely friendly and put me at ease. The Dentist Mustafa was amazing I cannot thank him enough I was so nervous but it was pain-free and fast thank you again.

Dr Soin and the team are extremely helpful and I commend them for excellent customer service. As a family-run business, they clearly care about their patients and always take the time to explain the different procedures and present the various options. They are also conscious of the costs of dentistry and wherever possible, ensure I am able to make the maximum claim on my insurance. I've now had a number of procedures including x-rays, cleaning, and filling. All have gone smoothly, and I have had no trouble with my teeth since.

My wife and l had been going to the Sandilands practice for more than 30years first with his wife in London road then they moved to Deal then back to Dover in fishmongers lane sadly Mr Sandilands. Due to ill health has had to give up the practice so all of his patients will now have to look for a new dental practice. In all the years of being treated by his wife and then Mr Sandilands the treatment, we received from both of them. Was exceptional and first-rate the practice will be missed by all of their patients.
