Lovely staff and no fuss treatment. I was quite surprised no hand gel available due to the recent pandemic but maybe I should have taken my own.

I feel both grateful and blessed to have discovered Dr. Ric’s dental practice. He is an excellent communicator, gentle and a gracious man. This afternoon, along with his dental nurse Huma, he restored my bridge to perfection. I had been told by another dental practitioner it wasn’t possible to re-cement the bridge and that l needed implants! Dr Ric assessed the status of my bridge and told me it could be restored. It was wonderful to be given positive news on the status of my bridge. I had a clear dental payment plan so there were no hidden surprises at the end of treatment. Additionally, l found that Dr Ric and Huma were not only extremely professional but also friendly and relaxed. I highly recommend Herts Dental.

If you have a fear of the dentist like I did, it will all soon melt away when you meet Ian. He put me at ease straight away. He is the nicest man/dentist I have met. He fixed all my problems and made me feel relaxed even though I was so anxious. He is very professional and gentle. I highly recommend him. Fantastic dentist practice. Myself and my family had Harry as our dentist and we all loved him and we were very concerned when he left about who would take Harry’s place and whether would we like them. But after today when we saw Virang Kumar we knew we’d be ok. What a lovely young man, put us at our ease immediately. We felt we were safe in his knowledgeable and professional hands. Absolutely outstanding dental practise with the highest quality of knowledge, skill and experience and techniques too, moreover friendly, welcoming, furthermore super hygienic which is especially important during the pandemic. I’ve got immediate help to avoid being in a dangerous health condition on Saturday afternoon - basically after the opening time. Not only having sorted out my painful problem but fixing my from tooth too, which gave me back my confidence, also the freedom to be able to bite properly, to speak clearly again and to smile happily without mask too! My treatment was brilliant. I had a composite/veneer. Sophia makes me feel at ease, she is chatty & reassuring throughout treatment. She explains everything she is doing and is very thorough. She is an excellent dentist & genuinely cares about the patient & the work she does to your teeth. All the staff at the practice are very professional and lovely people. I always feel welcome.
