I am pleased with the final result! It took me a while to decide to have first the Invisalign and then the comestic composite bonding. I now feel more confident. Simon Chard answered all my questions throughout the treatment.

When I rung with queries, Martina would pass on any concerns and Simon would answer them within the day. Martina was also able to put my mind at rest when I was unsure about any part of the treatment. Simon's skills for comestic dentistry, has made a big difference. A success story, the whole treatment was rapid and painless. Thank you.

I have been part of this dental practice for about 15 years and have recommended them to others. It was such a shame that they stopped taking NHS patients recently but that’s a wider issue.

They have also recently started concentrating more on cosmetic work on top of essential dental work and oral hygiene.

The staff I have interacted with have always been brilliant, which includes Jenny, who is now Practice Manager, the reception staff, dental nurses and hygienists.

My appointment today was with Aiman, one of the hygienists. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable, making my visit as relaxing as possible.

If you’re able to go private then this practice would be one I would recommend.

I was in a lot of pain due to TMJ dysfunction and went to see Ali. He was so reassuring and explained everything to me that he was doing, nothing was too much trouble. I felt looked after and cared for. The staff in Reception are all kind, friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend Rothley Lodge enough.

Yesterday (25th July) I came in for an emergency appointment and in a lot of pain. It turned out that I had to have my tooth extracted. Ali and Nurjis were the team who worked on extracting my tooth. It wasn't what I was expecting and it's not a pleasant experience by any stretch of the imagination but, under their care, I felt looked after. Not only that, but I felt that they had my best interests at the heart of everything they did. Ali explained the whole procedure very clearly and thoroughly and talked me through it step by step so nothing was unexpected. The follow-up phone call from Nurjis was friendly and reassuring. Their care and dedication made the whole experience much more bearable. I am already recovering well and considering an implant. Thank you!

Amazing replacement crown completed. Dr Ali Nasser and his assistant nurse were an amazing team. I was talked through and ever shown my crown being made. Superb treatment throughout the whole process.

"Great News... Hygienist returns as Dentist!

BROYNA use to be my hygienist and she was AMAZING. I suffer badly from dental anxiety and mouth ulcers and she was the most friendly, patient and gentle hygienist I have ever seen. I saw her several times and my teeth were the cleanest they had ever been and not once did I get an ulcer, she used alternative equipment to avoid causing any ulcers and she gave me lots of great professional and practical advice.

So when I heard she'd returned to the practice to work as a dentist, I could not wait to book in!

I needed what I felt was some major dental work and again she was AMAZING!! Kept me calm and I was so pleased with the results. I had several injections so never felt a thing either during or after the treatment. Seriously, once the local had worn off I felt nothing, either on the day or weeks that followed, there was no soreness on the gums, no discomfort when bitting down, no bruising to the roots. It was like my teeth had never been touched, fillings were smooth and fitted perfectly. I'm 55 and this is the first time l've actually looked forward to going to the dentist!

Amazing experience today ❤️ I was dealt with in such a caring way whilst having a tooth extraction today! I felt totally at ease from the minute I stepped in the consultation room to finish of the procedure. Considering I was extremely nervous and anxious Dr Ali made me feel totally in control and his main concern throughout was my care and treatment! I cannot recommend him and Rothley enough.

Today l had an appointment with Aieman the hygienist (sorry if I have spelt her name wrong) she was so kind and caring and went through every step of what she was going to do and was so gentle throughout the treatment and if at anytime I wanted her to stop just let her know. Aieman also said l was an excellent patient and she enjoyed treating me which made my day!

I would recommend anyone who doesn’t like having to have a hygienist appointment don’t worry Aieman will look after you.

No one likes going to the dentist but one day we all have to for whatever reason. We have been customers of RL for many a year now after our old practice went fully private and have to say all the staff make your visit so welcoming and friendly.

Yes, you may have to wait as all the dentists here take their time with you as being very precious and personal and you do not feel at all rushed, yes they have gone all private since this year but the transition to Denplan was made easier with their help. They are the best that we have ever had - well done to the Chards and RL for building such a great place to come.

The Hygienist Alex, was a perfectionist. She was a calming influence and I felt extremely comfortable in her company.

I have requested Alex again, during my next visit.
