I'm quite a nervous patient and never thought about sedation before. I had to have 2 big teeth out and very ao anxious about having them out. So I contacted holmes dentists (I live 2 hours away) I'm so glad I did. Right from the first phone call I made to them they put me at ease straight away. I had the treatment yesterday and everything went great. Every member of staff there are so understanding and are so goood at what they do. If I need a tooth out again I would 100% go back there. I contacted the clinic by email and was contacted by Dr Karadzhovi to make an appointment for a consultation. Everything went very smoothly I had all the information. including taxi service on arrival. He was very professional, and all the necessary information time scale for the treatment. I am now ready to proceed with the treatment after lots of consideration.
1 hour before departing Kraków, Poland for Tirana, Albania one of my crowns fell off. I wrapped the crown and brought it with me. While riding in to my hotel from the Tirana airport I asked my driver if he knew a good dentist and then I told him about my dental problem, my crown falling off. He said, "I know a guy." Approximately 30 minutes after arriving Tirana I was sitting in a dental chair at the Klinika Dentare "Vrioni." The staff were very polite, professional, and gracious. They re-cemented the crown back on and when I offered to pay they refused. True hospitality. Thank you.
