An update on my previous review is that I stayed longer in Thessaloniki to complete the root canal treatments and crowns. Totally painless in the expert hands of Dr Besas. He takes time to explain procedures and is so calming and reassuring throughout the dental treatment. I also have a complex implant to be done in a couple of months and as Dr Besas is a specialist dental surgeon in this field, I absolutely have no concerns whatsoever in this regard and I'll definitely be travelling back to Thessaloniki for this. Also, you will be very pleasantly surprised by costing compared to UK! Special mention is the dental nurse is also fantastic, calming, and professional. Highly recommend!

Mr Morgan was recommended to me after I was unhappy with the advice given by 2 other dental practices. I was therefore quite nervous about the outcome. Mr Morgan was very friendly and put me at my ease. I needed a loose tooth out that was preventing my denture from fitting. The extraction was painless and I had no bruising or tenderness at all. My denture now fits perfectly. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Mr Morgan. The girls on the phone were also very friendly and approachable.

Initial visit and examination, need to take 11 FOV 9x12 3D CBCT or doctor to determine right dental procedure. I choose this clinic because is closest to my apartment. Clinic is nice, clean and in equipped with impressive instruments. Doctor was very helpful in explaining about procedure for dental implants. After a painful incident which resulted in an upper jaw fracture and two broken front teeth and being told by my old dentist that I need to have these front teeth taken out, I sought a second opinion from Dr. Shenas, and I am so happy I did. From my first visit to my last both Dr Shenas and Magdalena were so kind and reassuring on the treatment plan which required root canal on my two front teeth, and I am pleased to say he "saved my smile" as I did not have to have my teeth removed. He also secured metal braces to realign my damaged teeth and jawline, finishing with Invisalign. Two years later my teeth are repaired, beautifully straight and I am pain-free. I cannot thank Dr. Shenas and his team enough, they did an amazing job. I now have a wonderful new dentist and I would not trust anyone other than Dr. Shenas to meet my future dental needs.
The people who work here are very friendly as soon as you walk In they make you feel relaxed. Very professional and answer your questions. Even when I got my teeth sorted and just walked out forgetting to make an appointment for after care, they phoned me nothing is to much trouble. Thank you all.

As a person who has a HUGE fear of the dentist, Friel couldn't have treated me better. I had to have an emergency molar extraction and she was so lovely and understanding of my fear. She talked me through everything. After a few days I had dry socket, and I called the surgery. Friel called me back and prescribed me antibiotics. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend Friel as a dentist 100%. It was more of an expensive appointment as it was a bank holiday Monday and an emergency appointment, but worth every cent.
