I recently had a dental exam at The Dental Design Studio, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Dr. Nila and the hygiene nurse, Alina, were both fantastic. They thoroughly explained my treatment plan, and I felt confident in their recommendations. My upper left second tooth was severely decayed, but Dr.Nila's skilful hands saved it with expert fillings. Surprisingly, I experienced no bad pain( a little and totally manageable) or discomfort during and after the treatment. It's been a week now, and my tooth functions perfectly. The clinic's clean and welcoming environment , along with their attentive staff, made the entire experience pleasant. The clinic was spotlessly clean and Covid-19 compliant. My appointment was on the exact time and the hygienist Nicola Mottram was as thorough, professional and friendly as ever.

My son was referred to The Smile Suite by our dentist in Bristol as he requires both twin block treatment and full braces. I cannot express how grateful we are to the team at Smile Suite for explaining the treatment so carefully, particularly as my son is very nervous about the work he will be having. Dr Saini spent a great deal of time walking through each aspect of treatment and answering questions. Our treatment coordinator, Sam, was incredibly kind and patient when discussing financing options and other aspects of the work involved. She has made sure we're in full communication throughout the process and shown the utmost professionalism and care when dealing with us. I strongly recommend The Smile Suite for its truly wonderful customer service, they go above and beyond what is required to ensure the patient and parents are happy and fully informed.
