I'm currently 15 days post-op but I feel obligated to leave a review given the quality of my experience so far. Dr. Karthick Ram is one of the top surgeons in the city so you can expect excellent results. He genuinely cares about you and your concerns. My surgery went really well. I love the outcome of the surgery and my new appearance. From the very beginning, I felt like i was in safe hands. Also I want to highlight all the staff assisting there. I felt respected and cared for throughout the entire process from everyone I interacted with. After my surgery the follow up and responsiveness of the team has been fantastic . This was very important for me because my surgery was addressing something that has negatively affected my mental health for over a decade now. I came to the Clinic to have my Toe treated with Silk Laser on some fungus and was treated by the Nurse as Dr Benitz was elswhere. The Nurses were very efficient with the treatment and good advice and advised to get a sample analysis Biopsy of the nail to identify what fungus I have. They used the Laser very carefully us all using the eye protectors and logged me with another treatment next month. Biopsy taken with results expected in 25 days. Great service and immediate treatment 👏 👌
